The city of Phoenix had attempted to force the owners of an art studio to create wedding invitations for a same sex couple. The art studio is owned by two Christians. The Arizona State Supreme Court has issued a ruling stating that the city of Phoenix cannot compel the art studio owners to create these invitations. Is this a public accommodation issue and are public accommodation laws still needed? A state auditor has described the Colorado Civil Rights Division and Civil Rights Commission as being, 'slow and not transparent'.
