Synopsis

Welcome to the Americhicks podcast. Kim Monson is your host - Agree or disagree, let's have a conversation! The city of Phoenix had attempted to force the owners of an art studio to create wedding invitations for a same sex couple. The art studio is owned by two Christians. The Arizona State Supreme Court has issued a ruling stating that the city of Phoenix cannot compel the art studio owners to create these invitations. Is this a public accommodation issue and are public accommodation laws still needed? A state auditor has described the Colorado Civil Rights Division and Civil Rights Commission as being, 'slow and not transparent'. The freedom of mobility is one of the most important parts of the American idea and our economic success. That freedom is under assault. Kelly Sloan (freedomtodrive.org) and Matt Groves (colorado.auto/staff/matthew-groves) join Kim today in discussion of our freedom of mobility and the war being waged against it. ________________________________________________ Copyright 201
