Stacie is an Anxiety Coach, who helps women with anxiety disorders through nutrition, fitness and emotions. She once had severe anxieties and it got so bad she almost got to the point where she didnt leave her house. She tried western medicine and it unfortunately didnt work for her. She then turned to a holistic lifestyle and now she lives an almost anxiety free life and for those rare days that anxiety decides to shows up, she is not worried because she has tools to manage them. Go on the Keto diet?  Maybe Vegetarian?  Go to weight watchers?             I’m going to perfectly honest I not a huge fan of one-size-fits-all diets and I cringe every time someone pushes their diet on someone.  We all have different backgrounds, we come from different cultures, have different genetics and different blood types and we all have different beliefs.  With all of this, I strongly believe that we all need to consume different foods.              In this episode I go more into details on how our bodies are not all the same and how we probably need to consume different foods and why we shouldn’t be pressuring people in eating a one-size-fits-all diet.  I also talk a little bit about what I eat on an average day.  Go take a listen!

    Adrenal fatigue and anxiety have been linked together.  It’s almost like which came first the chicken or the egg.  Anxiety can cause adrenal fatigue and adrenal fatigue can cause anxiety.  Adrenal fatigue has been recognized in eastern medicine for some time, but it is just now starting to slowly become recognized in western medicine.  We need our adrenals to be happy and healthy or we will get a burnt out and crash and burn feeling.  In this episode, I talk about what the adrenal glands are, what adrenal fatigue is and how to keep the adrenals happy.   Go take a listen!
