Ease off of yourself sister or brother and believe that if someone else achieved the same goal that you want, then you can too. The most important part of this picture is what do YOU want? Identify one thing that you want to work on most and align yourself with that one thing. Example: If you want to lose 10-pounds - reverse engineer the process of what you need to do to get you to your goal.
