  • Persecuted from Within: How the Saints Endured Crises in the Church

    13/01/2024 Duration: 28min

Many Catholics have either left the Church or been scandalized by the errors or immorality rampant in her clergy. We’ve watched as faithful Catholics have been restricted or punished without just cause, while those who confuse, contradict, or undermine the Faith are elevated. In this urgent book, the authors notice an apparent absurdity: those most disciplined by the Church at this time are often least deserving of correction. This protracted state of confusion and injustice, plain for all to see, has shaken the faith of millions. Far from being another diatribe, these pages provide a deeply illuminating historical perspective, revealing how this chaotic period in the Church is hardly unprecedented — or unpredicted. Instead, it represents a recurring feature of life in the Church throughout her history and is even a part of the divine plan. With this context, you will make sense of and discover solutions to our present suffering. You will learn: When to obey — and when to disobey — a priest or bishop; h

  • God's Grandeur: The Catholic Case for Intelligent Design

    06/01/2024 Duration: 40min

In an age of rising unbelief, top Catholic thinkers show how, more than ever, both science and reason affirm the words of the great Catholic poet Gerard Manley Hopkins: “The world is charged with the grandeur of God.” This book clears up common misconceptions regarding intelligent design, showing why it is an argument not from ignorance but from knowledge and how the evidence for God’s design of the natural world is growing by: exploring scientific evidence from experts in cosmology, paleontology, genetics, chemistry, and biology. Further, you will learn about the purpose of creation, transcendent beauty, and the distinctiveness of the human person. Lastly, the theology behind creation and how it reflects God’s glory and concludes with Dr. Anthony Esolen’s essay on the “symphonic order” of the universe, masterfully drawing from science, mathematics, literature, and philosophy. • Exploring Antediluvian Fiction, Part 2 -- The Wives of Lamech

    13/12/2023 Duration: 34min

Torn between faith and forbidden romance, a beautiful descendant of Adam and Eve must overcome her troubled past to gain the respect she deserves. Headstrong and clairvoyant, Zyla struggles to find her place within her patriarchal tribe. After being rejected for her gift of foresight, she flees to the enemy clan of the murderer Cain and becomes the favored second wife of her sister's prestigious husband. Growing increasingly determined to gain renown as a seer, Zyla dares to align with dangerous spiritual powers that threaten to create a schism with her God. Will she be able to reveal her true destiny or lose faith in the Creator and forever stain her soul? In part 2 of exploring antediluvian fiction, I chatted with Jean Hoefling as she puts her spin on the first polygamous marriage mentioned in scripture with Lamech and his two wives. In exploring this niche genre, I'd read many tales but I hadn't read one from a feminine perspective like this which is introspective and focusing more on how women may have

  • Exploring Antediluvian Fiction, Part 1 -- Thrones of the Watchers

    12/12/2023 Duration: 30min

"I will put enmity between the Serpent and the Woman, between his offspring and hers." A prophecy spoken by God Himself. Upon leaving Eden, the conflict between mankind and the Fallen was only beginning. Enmity between the children of man and the offspring of the Serpent raged from one generation to the next. The Watchers, fallen angels allied with the Serpent, came to earth to steal the daughters of man. The Watchers were worshipped as gods and corrupted humanity with forbidden knowledge. Seth is the third son of Adam and Eve. He has fought to defend his family for almost five hundred years in the bloody and savage antediluvian world. Seth longs for peace, but a new conspiracy of evil is rising. Angels, giants and men will clash as the fate of humanity hangs in the balance. Seth's skills, faith, and resolve will be tested as he fights to protect his people from annihilation at the hands of the Watchers and their monstrous offspring.  I love antediluvian fiction, a niche market of Christian fiction. These au

  • From Glory to Glory: Finding Real Significance in an Image-Driven World

    09/12/2023 Duration: 35min

Knowing who you are is the secret to just about everything. So much of what we do and say revolves around how we see ourselves, and how we see ourselves depends on how we perceive the God. The connection might seem elusive at first, but living in victory over sin is intricately tied to our identity. When the serpent tempted Adam and Eve to “be like God,” was that not about their identity? All of the sin, death, and destruction in our world are rooted in an identity issue. The gospel, we must understand, is an identity message. God does not just provide for us a future destiny, but also a current identity. Life in this world is never ideal, but only those who know of God’s goodness and understand their significance in His eyes can break free from the commonality and corruption that plagues our planet. It is imperative that we lay hold of our identity in Christ because genuinely walking with the Lord will put us out of step with the world around us—even those we are trying to help. If we do not know who w

  • Let's Talk About It with Jenny White/Junior Rabbit Learns About Christmas.

    09/12/2023 Duration: 01h12min

Junior Rabbit and Papa Rabbit were in the living room reading a book entitled, "Loony the Loon and the Littered Lake." Papa said that the book was a very good book. Papa said that sometimes people are careless about where they put their garbage. What is Christmas? asked Junior. "It is a time when people rememberd the little baby who was born to save humans from their sins so they can go to heaven to be with Him after he dies." So, at Christmas time most humans start being nice to other humans no matter who they are or how they look.

  • Corrupted Scripture and Altered Chronology: Why We Need a Biblical Reboot

    07/12/2023 Duration: 52min

In Doug Woodward's book, Rebooting the Bible: Exposing the Second Century Conspiracy to Corrupt the Scripture and Alter Biblical Chronology. The book reveals the hidden history of a Second Century A.D. rabbinic conspiracy altering the words of the Old Testament to stop the massive conversion of Jews to the Christian faith. These early alterations (ca.A.D. 90-120) sought to obscure the Bible's Messianic prophecies, concealing passages most often used by Christian evangelists proclaiming that Jesus was the Jewish Messiah. The former Pharisees (cum Rabbis) reduced biblical chronology by 1,600 years, compressing the crucial events of Genesis (e.g., the Flood, the invasion of the Nephilim, and the Tower of Babel). This truncated chronology damaged the Bibless witness regarding ancient history which continues to have a vast impact on Evangelicals today. Join me as we take a look at such questions as: Is the KJV bible flawed? What's the difference between flawed and inerrant? What are the fundamentals between

  • Characters of the Bible: Finding My Story in Their Story -- Parker J Cole Show

    06/12/2023 Duration: 42min

As we study the Bible, we may believe we are far removed from the people described on those pages. After all, many played significant roles in helping Jesus spread the gospel. Most of us find it difficultif not impossibleto picture ourselves in that disciple-type role because we are sinful and dont always make the wisest decisions. In Characters of the Bible: Finding My Stories in Their Stories, author David Waddell shares his discovery of his similarity to characters in the Bible. He found a relationship with the woman in John 8:111. He saw himself in a crowd of Pharisees urging punishment of a woman who did something they had done or wanted to do. Waddell was the woman looking for love in all the wrong places. He was the woman at the mercy of Jesus who was forgiven of all her sins without defending herself. Waddell realized the connection he had with biblical characters because like him, and like us, they were sinful. And if were truthful with ourselves, we can be mean, deceitful, conniving, and abusing, j
