The IMF works to achieve sustainable growth & prosperity for all of it's 190 member countries, It's parent organization is the United Nations. These organizationswere created at the Bretton Woods Conference. They were established to control Internationa and Financial relations.

Black women experience societal demands, family demands and when over whelmed and become expressive they can be labeled ..The angry black woman! Today for WHM we will highlight the contributions of 21 phenominal black women and their contributions to history and contemporary society. Celebrated during March in the United States, the UK and Australia.It traces it's beginnings back to  International Women's Day in 1911. Laura X organized a march in Berkeley, CA on International Womens Day in 1969. It went from International Womens Day to International Womens Week on Mar 2-8 in 1980. In 1987 it became International Womens Month.

The Shroud of Turin has been the subject of much discussion and controversy for years because of this one thing: this cloth is purported to be the burial cloth of Christ. When I sat down to chat with my guest, Myra Khan Adam, Executive Director of National Shroud of Turin Exhibit, I had no idea that my mind would be invigorated by the discussion in such a thorough way. The Berlin Conference of 1884-1885 aka The Congo Conference met on Nov 15, 1884 and ended on Feb 26, 1885. The conference contributed to ushering in a period of heighted colonial activity by european powers. Moors were black muslims from Northern Africa that ruled Europe for over 700 years. They ruled Spain and Portugal from 711 to 1492. Hannibal was a Moor and conquered Rome with elephants. In some historical context some people want to describe Moors as other than black.

Born and raised in Atlanta , GA. Michael Bailey graduated from W.A. Bass High school and enlistedin the Navy. After being honorably discharged he came home from the military and started off working but turned to selling drugs to take care of himself and that's the beginning of a lifestyle that years later would cost him his freedom.
