This time around, we look at the 2nd in the Ultraman line, UltraSeven... YES that IS confusing thank you for mentioning it. But seriously, off the heels of the insanely popular Ultraman show, Tsubaraya Productions created a follow up series with new enemies, new cast, and a new Ultraman. This series would end up being what cemented the franchise into the mega hit it still is to this day. Join us, and returning guest Jesse Candelori, as we embark on a new adventure fighting off kaiju and aliens alike!

Sometimes, a kaiju movie can surprise you. Sometimes, they aren't what they appear to be. Every so often, one comes along that really challenges you and speaks about something VERY real. And this week, the Leftover Army Monsters are discussing just such a movie. The 2016 American movie, Colossal. This was a VERY long episode to record, but it was full of meaning and I had been looking forward to this one for a long while. I hope you all enjoy it too

The Leftover Army Monsters are back!! After a week off post C2E2, the crew is assembled once more with guest Jesse Candelori at G-Force HQ to fight the King of the Monsters Himself, Godziilla! This time, we are deep into the 90's Heisei era, when Godzilla has to fight... Himself?! This week, we are talking about the 1994 Toho movie, Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla. So get your telepathic amplifying machines ready, and try to guess how the four of us rate this movie!

Of course David has to give two cents on Doom Patrol , just because. WTF News returns with more stories of stupid people and an extra long rant about Disney and 2019. This week, the Leftover Army Monsters gather together in an underground bunker somewhere in Chicago for a special meeting. There are too many monsters! In fact, it is a Mega Monster Battle! Live at C2E2, we did a reaction recording to the 2009 INSANE movie, Mega Monster Battle Ultra Galaxy Legend the Movie. This movie is a follow up to the Ultra series of the same name, and talk about a mouthful! Joining us this time is Eric's wife Brandy to partake in all the Ultra bullshit! Apologies for the audio quality, as it was the best I could do in post given the situation. But hopefully you all still enjoy listening to us react to and discuss one of my personal favorite movies because of how gonzo it is.

The Leftover Army Monsters continue to examine movies from the 90's as this time, we discuss the first of the Heisei era of Mothra standalone movies, called the Rebirth of Mothra. With Godzilla having once again left cinemas the previous year, Toho uses their 2nd most popular kaiju to try and succeed at the box office. But with the hero being Mothra, the audience for the movies changed, and like Gamera back in the 60's-70's, they are geared towards Kennys! But does this compromise the quality of the film? Find out by tuning in!

The 90's in Tokusatsu are an interesting time. Both Ultraman and Godzilla were experiencing a second life in a way. They both came back strong and regained popularity. But they weren't the only things in the genre. There is a long tradition of using Tokusatsu to retell ancient myths and legends, especially the long and varied Japanese ones. This week, the Leftover Army Monsters discuss a movie that is often forgotten, but will not be overlooked here. So grab your ancient amulets of power and Swords of Courage, because we are talking about Orochi the Eight Headed Dragon!
