The Redskins schedule is set and we are ready for sports to return! Razzle, Stevie, and Joe breakdown the schedule, recap the draft, and set their expectations for 2020! The boy's also discuss the Last Dance... spoiler alert, Razzle was too young to remember anything but wow, MJ was intense and Rodman was nuts! CoronaVirus continues to crush the souls of sports fans around the world and with no end in sight, the boys at DTC are thankful to be healthy, bitter at the lack of live sports content, and hopeful a cure/vaccine will be found soon. NFL free agency is well underway and the Redskins made an interesting moving nabbing one Carolina QB and trading away a starting DB to a bitter rival in the Pacific northwest. What else do the Redskins need to do this offseason, and if Joey B falls to two in the draft... what would YOU do? #HTTR

Stevie and Joe were literally caught speechless when the #NBA announced the season had been suspended, so they took 10 mins, gathered their thoughts and then turned on the mics! The NBA season may resume with playoffs only based on current seeding, or may have play-in games, who knows, right now however, there will be no more games. European soccer is already halting games as well, travel to Europe is suspended for 30 days, and yes, #CoronaVirus #COVID19 is to blame and not going anywhere anytime soon. Somehow one thing leads to another and the boys end up discussing the democratic primaries, the lack of presidential leadership, the stock market tanking, and what may come next here in DC. This is a unique show from two people doing their best to work through all the information and share their personal thoughts without fanning the flames of fear. We will be ok America. Stay Strong. (and wash your hands!)

For many of us the passing of Kobe Bryant and his daughter still seems surreal. She was going to be better than her dad in his own words and sadly the world will never get to see that happen... and as for Kobe... we grew up with Kobe and even though we never met him he felt like family. We saw him enter the league as a teenager, dominate as a man, and retire as an icon. What we didn't know was just how profound of an impact he was making outside of the public eye... and as the stories start to be shared now that he has passed one thing is absolutely certain... the legend of Kobe Bryant will never die.

Stevie, Razzle, and Joe pay respects to the Mamba then switch gears to break down yet another Super Bowl matchup that happens to feature an ex-Redskins coach and several ex-Redskins players too. Stevie likes the Chiefs because of their offensive firepower, Razzle is on the 49ers because of their defensive abilities, and Joe is playing both sides and only cares about the point spreads and prop bets! (This show was recorded live, audio issues, and random interruptions were frequent... we'll clean that up next time around!)

The Redskins finished a dismal 3-13 but there is a lot to be excited for as all 'skins fans look forward to 2020. The number two overall pick, a new head coach, and the end of the Bruce Allen era too! LP, FP, and Joe take a look back at the terrible season that was and try to find a few things to look forward as the "Carolina" Redskins are now a thing. The good, the bad, the ugly, we cover it all. #HTTR

The #Nationals are headed to the World Series. Those are some of the sweetest words in the english language and they are 100% true! Our DC Nats have beat the #Dodgers and now the #Cardinals and await either the #Yanks or the #Astros for a #WorldSeries showdown! Stevie and Joe have lots to discuss and get into EVERYTHING on this episode of DTC. Congrats Nats! Congrats DC! #4more #stayinthefight

The Nationals did it! Hail the Nationals! Won-Soto came up big AGAIN! Mad-max started off a bit rough but eventually settled down and Strasburg put on his big-boy pants and took care of things when the team needed him the most... and through it all... DC fans came out early and stayed late for the incredible celebratory beer-baths that started in the eighth inning and continued until the final pitch! This.Is.It.DC. This Nationals team is not the same as years past... they are the most resilient, even if not the most talented, we have had here in years and we should all embrace it! Next up is the Dodgers... but fear not, P.Corbin gets his first postseason start (ever) after his best season (ever) and is capable of stealing game one for the Nationals! Listen, get ready, and lets go Nats! N-A-T-S Nats Nats Nats! 

Fantasy Football is back and that means drafts are happening and ending and the season is just around the corner. Take a deep breathe and settle in as Razzie and Joe go around a legacy league that has been active and entering its 15th season! There were some reaches, some surprises, and ten fantasy owners that think they executed the perfect draft! Zek will play but will Melvin? Baker will rise, but can Lamar? So many questions.... welcome back to football! 

Get your popcorn and settle in as Stevie and Joe breakdown a tough series loss to the Mets for a Nationals team that needed at least two of three to feel better before coming home and ending their nine-game road trip. All three games followed a similar script: Nats take early lead, Nats give up late runs, and in the first two games, Nats blow the save... and boy was it ugly. Stevie is still optimistic as the Nationals played well against their division rival missing several key players but the talk of the town is Juan Soto and his potentially serious injury. If Soto misses considerable time, the season may hang in the balance. Joe forces Stevie to play some EPL trivia while discussing the DC United mess featuring Wayne Rooney and the boys end the show discussing two Netflix Documentaries that premiered recently... Cambridge Analytica anyone? 

FP and LP are here to break down the Redskins preseason game 1. The line is missing a LT, can Donald Penn and Geron Christian be stop gap solutions? The boys discuss. Case Keenum didn't look sharp but did have a TD pass to Robert Davis. Haskins shows that the talent is there but it's still raw and he needs time to develop. What are you looking forward to in week 2? 

As #Redskins training camp ends and the season begins some here at DTC are excited while others are worried. The boys get sidetracked into some inside the beltway talk but it all comes full circle to the Redskins in the end! No Trent is a big problem however young coachable talent at offensive skill positions is still exciting. Stevie, Pete, Razzle, and Joe talk about the weeks that were in Richmond as the Redskins pack up camp and get ready to face the Browns. The QB battle appears to be wide open while the RB battle has settled down into what will be a lucrative timeshare for all parties involved... if, Stevie reminds us, Trent shows up! Joe is excited to see this young and promising defensive front take the field while Pete has questions about the timing of some of the Redskins cuts this offseason most notably Mason Foster. Joe has the #Redskins winning 10 games, Pete has them winning 7, Stevie is at 6, and Razzle is at 4. The show ends with a spirited discussion about the ongoing presidential debates bec

The #Nationals made some trades, brought in some new faces, but have dropped three straight series over the past two weeks that have Stevie and Joe asking questions. Most notably the Nationals are off to a rough start dropping two in the dessert one of which saw Strasburg get hit over and over and over again. The Nationals are now in a virtual tie with the #Phillies for the final wildcard spot with #Arizona and NY #Mets not far behind. With 50 games to go the postseason is getting closer and closer and the #Nats have to find a way to win without one of their Aces for at least another week. Stevie and Joe share their thoughts after another mass shooting and ask everyone listening to pray for the communities impacted but also for the politicians and law makers who have to tackle this difficult task of "change"... God Bless America.

Stevie and Joe discuss all things #Nationals as the curly "W" goes in the books! Strasburg goes for 3 hits, 5 RBIs, and one big homer but that is just the proverbial tip with this team and its recent surging in the standings! The #Nats have found the bats, they have found some pitching, and they have found themselves. All they did was get healthy and the rest is history... we hope! Stevie and Joe preview the rest of the Braves series, talk about the Dodgers and Rockies too, and talk about potential needs that can be addressed prior to the deadline (if needed). The Wizards have been busy acquiring young talent and draft picks while the Nets made a huge splash landing KD, Kyrie, and DJ... however, Joe believes the 76ers and Jazz are having better off-seasons while LP is on Boston and 20 thinks the Lakers are unbeatable if Kawhi joins them. The trio debate the crazy start to NBA free agency including DLo to the Warriors and IT to the Wiz. The boys also discuss the USWNT win over England and look ahead towards the World Cup finale too! Harrison Barnes has opted out of his current deal, Al Horford too, and Brad Beal may be on the way to NOLA for the 4th pick too... crazy, this league is crazy! Joe also shares his thoughts on why the NBA has a big problem on its hands because people seem to care more about the post-season than the actual season. Does Mo Salah have a nice body?
