The WFT is heading to Green Bay to face Aaron Rodgers and the streaking Packers that may win by 35+ if the DC defense cant figure things out quickly. Stevie and Joe take a look around the NFL to identify their top 5 and low 5 + Ron surprises everyone by letting go of Hopkins and his 85% made FG rate... why now Ron? Why? The Dodgers are in trouble but are still alive and the Red Sox might go streaking soon. Does anything compare to playoff baseball!? 

The DTC mics are on and the boys are hot about another terrible showing for the Football Team as the defense continues to struggle, allowing 21 points and scoring ZERO in the second half against KC. The retirement ceremony for Sean Taylor was a disgrace and Joe has thoughts about what could have been done differently. Absolute embarrassment. Why does WFT run 5 yard slants on 3rd and 8? Anyone know? Meanwhile the Cowboys are running away with the NFC East. + the Capitals are looking good and the MLB playoffs are amazing!

FP, LP, and Joe look forward to Chiefs v Football Team on Sunday and the defensive masacre that may be awaiting both teams. The trio covers the NFL top and bottom teams as well and the fall out from Vegas now that Gruden has been fired by the Raiders. Finally, the CAPITALS season begins tonight and FP is ready ready ready!

Jon Gruden resigns amidst horrible emails are leaked however Washington Football Team (the source of the emails) remain unscathed. Does this re-open the investigation on Washington Football Team? How many other NFL execs and coaches were also in on this? Where are the Beth Wilkinson findings??? On the field Washington is struggling once again. FP wants Ron Rivera to lay out his plan while LP thinks he doesn't need to report to the media, fans, etc. Which side are you on? This pod gets a little testy between FP and LP, must listen!

FP and Joe share thoughts on the WFT facility being raided as part of an ongoing investigation... whatever is happening, it isn't good. The WFT traveled south to ATL to face the Falcons and came away with a victory. Did they play well? Sorta? The Falcons had their moments and the Football Team did as well. 2-2 looks a lot better than 1-3 but they honestly feel the same right now. Chase Young got flagged for a terrible penalty, but the refs gave it back on the next possession. WFT is going to set a record for number of 3rd plays they give up that turn into touchdowns! If that's not a stat, it needs to be! A win is a win... but this doesn't feel great.

Joe is solo and live on the Kontender network for the WFT Post game show! Washington traveled to Buffalo and got run out of the building 43-21 and in reality it should have been much worse for the Football Team. The offense lacked creativity, the defense lacks everything, and special teams was the lone bright spot but in the end, it was a terrible team performance. The schedule only has a handful of "win-able" games remaining based on the defensive play we have seen in the first three weeks of the season.

Bill Rohland joins Stevie and Joe for a look around the NFL... which teams are trending up, which not so up, and each have one or two teams to watch to keep an eye on as well! Happy Football! The 2021 season has begun with a fun one in Tampa Bay. The Bucs beat the Cowboys to start the season but the Bucs didn't look that great, and the Cowboys looked much better than expected... so naturally, there was a little panic in Washington as Dallas doesn't face a playoff team for another 10 weeks! Stevie, Razzle, and Joe breakdown the opening night matchup and look forward predicting division and conference champs with a few surprise pics for the Super Bowl as well! Happy football!

The final 53 has been set, for now. The surprise cut around the league is certainly Cam Newton, but WFT had some surprise cuts as well. Jimmy Mooreland, Jeremy Reaves, Antonio Gandy-Golden are just some to mention. Sure they were probably back of the roster guys but they have also played significant time in Washington.
