Every now and then Doctor Who tries something new, something a little different. At times it works and at times it doesn't. Black Orchid was Doctor Who's attempt at a classic British murder mystery. It was a notable effort, but the execute may have left a little to be desired. John & Taylor come at the story from different points of view and ultimately make as much sense as they can of it.
