This week John & Taylor review the 3rd story of Season 12: ORPHAN 55! It's a classic base-under-siege story with some decent twists and a timely message for a world currently burning! This story also has to carry the momentum from the season opener and, honestly, stumbles a little. 2019 is nearly at a close. Christmas is on the horizon, so John and Taylor settle in by the fire to review the animated recreation of The Macra Terror! Incidentally, BBC America is showing this story on the evening of December 26th if you've never seen it! Well, we thought we'd hit bottom all those years ago with Sleep No More and The Twin Dilemma and probably some others. But if there's one thing we tend to be good at, it's finding the good (or at least the decent) in a story that is otherwise lacking. And we do our best with that for TIMELASH, a 6th Doctor two-parter that has been called the worst story of Doctor Who.
