Pastor Mike brings encouragement and challenge in this message based on Psalm 1 as we learn to Delight ourselves in the law and learn to meditate on it day and night. When we can really come to the point of finding the delight in scripture and it's application in our life, it's the beginning of God's plan unfurling in our life. It's then that we can expect to have our prayers answered as we delight in Him and then he gives us the desires of our heart as they come together in God's will and His plan for our lives... What a great God we serve that He knows and loves and us so much.

Pastor Mike continues in his discussion regarding measuring and increasing our spiritual hunger and thirst to know more of God. In this discussion we speak of the absolute necessity of developing spiritual disciplines that create hunger and that the spirit man is control of our lives, not the flesh man. The flesh man will not feed the spirit man, and it is of utmost importance that we feed on a daily basis the spirit man or he will die... eternally... It's your choice, it's called "free will", and we all will give account someday very soon...

Pastor Mike looks at 2011 reflectively and looks forward to 2012 by recognizing the importance of examining our own personal spiritual growth. We all have the need to "grow up" spiritually in order to grow in our salvation. Seeing and measuring our own level of spiritual hunger is a good way for us all to measure and monitor our love for the Lord and our relationship with him... The question is: How hungry are you for this relationship and what are you willing to do to satisfy this spiritual thirst?

Pastor Mike talks about the Advent Season and what it means to anticipate the Christmas Season in the true meaning of Advent. Advent brings us all a "call to action" as we examine our own lives when it comes to looking forward to the 2nd coming of Jesus. He came the first time as a gentle baby, he will come the 2nd time as a King, as a Judge, as one that will separate the sheep from the goats and it will be a blessed day or a day of cursing depending on whether or not one is truly ready to meet Him. We are living in the "in between" and advent brings us a challenge to ready ourselves for the coming King....

Pastor Mike takes this Sunday service to wrap up the series of Satan's Strategy for us as we live in 'his' kingdom and the world that he is prince over. We are instructed through God's word to live a holy and set apart life as we live in this world. Having a good understanding of the strategies of Satan to deceive, destroy, rule and accuse us is vital for our successful Christian life. Pastor Mike finishes the Thanksgiving Season with a message of being thankful for the Gospel - The Good News that Jesus brings us in the Promise and Hope that He gives through the Power of the Gospel-- Yet nothing happens on it's own, and we must apply this Good News in our lives everyday if we are going to experience the power of it and if we are going to be able to rest in the promise of eternal life... Listen in as we talk about and invite those to invite Jesus into our lives to be the "Good News" for us personally...

Pastor Mike encourages us all to be thankful "in" all things "for" what God is doing through us in everything that God allows to come into our lives. Godly living is living with a grateful and thankful heart, even in the hard things in life... Thank Jesus for everything He is doing in our lives...

Pastor Mike finishes part 2 of Satan - The Accuser. Satan brings 4 specific accusative attacks towards us and to God about us. Last week we spoke of Satan accusing Humans to God and accusing God to Humans. This week we are talking about how Satan Accuses Believer to Believer and finally he Accuse us to Ourselves. All forms of Accusation are geared to destroy our relationship with God and with each other. But we must know, that Jesus already defeated Satan, and we must humble ourselves and let Jesus lift us up....

Pastor Mike keeps on in the series of the Strategies of Satan. This week he talks about Satan as the Accuser and how he uses accusations against us in many ways and forms. There are 4 major areas of theses accusations and this week covers the Satan Accusing Humans to God and Accusing God to Humans. Pastor Mike continues the series on Satan's Strategies against all mankind. Satan is our adversary, even though Christ defeated him on the cross, Satan still is the ruler of the world we live in. Therefore, it's imperative that we understand his plan to have every man and woman worship and serve him. Having a good understanding of Satan's plans help prepare us for warfare. We must keep an eye on our adversary while we keep our "focus" on Jesus...

Satan is out to destroy everything that God has created for His glory, including the Christian life and witness. Satan attacks the body in various ways to destroy it and the testimony of a Christian through our use of it if we give in to worldly passions. We must humbly present our entire self to God in order to defeat Satan and his plan in our life...

Pastor Mike is beginning a series on the Strategies of Satan... We are in a battle and Satan is a fierce opponent. As in any battle or competitive situation, it is imperative to know who you are up against. Ignorance of Satan's strategy is no excuse when it comes to being responsible for your actions. So to arm ourselves with knowledge is a good tactic as we move forward in our Christian lives... This is not about honoring Satan, it is about defeating him.

Being a Church Member, like being a member of the Body of Christ is about caring for people that are in all circumstances of life. It is also about putting one's likes and dislikes second place to the overall benefit of the church body. With this said, one of the most common sins and easiest to commit in the body of Christ is grumbling or murmuring. It is not a new sin, as we are given examples of the Israelite people being guilty of it thousands of years ago. And the penalty is still just as serious today as it was then...
