  • Discipline Proves Love - Audio

    26/03/2023 Duration: 53min

Sunday, March 26, 2023 – Today's message is "Discipline Proves Love." Do you have any idea what that means? How can discipline and love be in the same sentence? The way God proves that He loves us is proven by the fact that He disciplines us as an earthly father disciplines his children. Unfortunately for many, the last part of the previous sentence is the hard part because many times, earthly fathers either didn't do a good job disciplining their children or, worse yet, they abused them as a form of discipline. That's not the Godly discipline that we're talking about today. Instead, God loves us so so so much that His form of discipline shapes us into loved children that honor Him and reflect His Holiness. There's a lot to discuss here, so I encourage you to worship and study with us…

  • The Deity of Christ - Audio

    19/03/2023 Duration: 53min

Sunday, March 19, 2023 – Pastor Ryp shares a message titled "The Deity of Christ," a timeless yet very significant message coming into the Easter season in a couple of weeks. If we can't see Christ as fully man and fully God (Deity), then the gospel isn't the powerful, freeing message of Good News that it is. That's the enemy's focus, keeping us from seeing Christ in His perfect and Holy nature so that our faith is misplaced, as the false religions portray. Pastor Ryp gives us sound Biblical evidence of the Deity of Jesus so that we can accept His sacrifice that delivers us from our sinful past into a personal and eternal relationship. Worship and study along with us…

  • Do Not Grow Weary and Lose Heart - Audio

    12/03/2023 Duration: 51min

Sunday, March 12, 2023 – Today, we will review and wrap up our mini-series on the keys to living a victorious Christian life. Our text has been Hebrews 12:1-3, and today we are adding verse 4. Today's title is "Do Not Grow Weary and Lose Heart." Obviously, this is not as easy as it is to say. However, Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, is with us at the beginning of the race, at the end of the race, and everywhere in the process. But most importantly, He ran His own race and finished in first place. His victory assures us Hope that we can run and finish our race just as He did. This message is a great encouragement for everyone, no matter the circumstances one may find themselves in. Worship and study with us as we fix our eyes on Jesus…

  • The Battle for Purity - Audio

    26/02/2023 Duration: 59min

Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Pastor Ryp Hankins is giving the message titled "The Battle for Purity." In this message, he discusses the ongoing war inside every person claiming to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Yes, this person may be saved. However, the battle rages for personal integrity and purity that are pleasing to the Lord. The Word of God identifies the things that defile a person, and the question we all face is what we do with them. Do we allow them to remain or take them captive and cast them out of our lives? That's what the battle for purity consists of. Worship and study with us as we strive for victory...

  • Run with Purpose - There's Joy Ahead - Audio

    19/02/2023 Duration: 48min

Sunday, February 19, 2023 – We are still studying how to live a victorious Christian life and using Hebrews 12:1-3 as our text. Today's message title is "Run with Purpose – There's Joy Ahead." The writer says, "for the Joy set before Him, He endured the cross, scorning its shame and sat down at the right of the Father." There's a lot of 'meat' in this short passage. Our focus is understanding the "JOY" set before Jesus as He suffered on the cross. What was the Joy? How can He have Joy amid intense suffering? Can we have Joy amid our suffering? How did Jesus handle the shame of the cross? We try to answer these questions and more in our study. You're encouraged to listen in and learn with us…

  • Run to Win - Audio

    12/02/2023 Duration: 48min

Sunday, February 12, 2023 - This week's message stays on the same theme as Living the Christian life, titled "Run to Win." Our text is still found in Hebrews 12:1-3 where the writer describes the Race we are to run. It's defined by three major areas. 1. We must run with determination and perseverance. 2. The course we run is marked out for us. 3. We are to fix our eyes on Jesus. We discover some exciting and encouraging Godly truths as we work through these points, starting with point 3. God is good, just, loving, and yet demanding. He is the only one qualified to "mark out the race course, yet so many times, we are tempted to alter the course when it seems too hard and demanding. So, we're tempted to either give up or change it to meet our fleshly desires. The enemy is subtle and deceiving. We must run the race with determination to not drift off course by him or even our misguided feelings. Worship and study along with us as we "run to Win."

  • Preparing to Run the Race - Audio

    05/02/2023 Duration: 50min

Sunday, February 5, 2023 - The message today is "Preparing to Run the Race." Whether it's a 100-yard dash or a 26-mile marathon, running a race requires preparation. Being properly prepared is the key to finishing, let alone winning. Similarly, preparing to run the "Christian race" requires adequate preparation. It's safe to say that many people that have given up on the Christian race probably were not prepared at the beginning and were given proper expectations of what to expect along the way. That's what this message is about. Our text is Hebrews 12:1-3. The writer of Hebrews instructs the runners (you and I) to throw off the things that hinder and the Sin that so easily entangles - before - one starts the race. We will discover the differences between the things that "hinder" and the "sin." Hindrances make the race more complex and challenging; Sin is a disqualifier. And there's so much more to discuss regarding hindrances potentially turning into Sin and, just as importantly, becoming "Stumbling Blocks"

  • Accountability - Audio

    30/01/2023 Duration: 50min

Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Due to computer issues, it took a little longer than normal to get Sunday's message online. This week we are talking about a topic that probably no one likes to discuss. "Accountability". When we read scripture, we see God created mankind to live a life of accountability. Yet, the flesh man in all of us rebels against the thought. We like to be our own boss, and that means we think that we shouldn't have to be accountable to anyone. If one is honest, accountability is the one thing that helps us all stay in balance. We should prayerfully seek out an accountability partner(s), and by doing so, we can help each other be accountable to God and in turn, have a full and successful life. Listen to worship and study with us.

  • Pay Attention or Drift Away - Audio

    22/01/2023 Duration: 44min

Sunday, January 22, 2023 - The message today is simple: "Pay Attention or Drift Away," yet how many underestimate the danger of casually drifting along in life without a care in the world? Humanity's inclination is one that, given its course, results in growing separation from God. It's a result of the curse of sin that everyone is born with that chooses to wander away from God, not toward Him. Even good people tend to become less godly over time. Our text given in Hebrews 2 provides an explicit instruction to "listen very carefully to the truth we have already heard, or we may drift away from it." To drift away from the truth of God's Word doesn't require an active effort; instead, it comes from neglect to pursue it. That's why scripture is adamant that we pay attention to what God says and take action to obey, or we will find ourselves drifting with the current of the evil society in which we live. Even though we are redeemed, and on our journey to eternal life, we are still in enemy territory, and the tide

  • Parable of the Persistent Widow - Audio

    15/01/2023 Duration: 41min

Sunday, January 15, 2023 - We're studying the Parable of the Persistent Widow in today's service. Prayer is a mysterious wonder of God, don't you agree? Sometimes it's easy to approach God during our prayer time, and other times it's a battle. Sometimes we can feel the presence of God like He's sitting in the room with us; other times, our prayers don't make it past the ceiling. Can you relate to this? No matter what, it's the way God has ordained for us to communicate with Him. This parable's message is persistence and staying persistent in our prayer time, especially when it seems our prayers are ineffective. Jesus ends the parable with a question, "will He find faith on the earth when He returns?" Faith and prayer are related in the context of prayer as an expression of our faith in God. He is faithful to answer prayers according to His Will and in His perfect time. He knows what's best for us, and He loves us enough to answer our prayers with a "Yes," "Not yet," or even a "No," and it's up to us

  • Out with the Old - In with the New - Audio

    08/01/2023 Duration: 49min

Sunday, January 8, 2023 - As we are beginning a new year, this is always a time of reflection on old things passing and new things ahead. The writer of Hebrews understands how things change from old seasons to new seasons, especially considering how Jesus fulfilled the OLD covenant of yearly animal sacrifices with the NEW covenant of His blood atoning for mankind's sin. Think about the early church when they first realized that the requirement of yearly animal sacrifices was no longer necessary because Jesus became the one-time sacrifice. When God tore the curtain separating the Holy of Holies from top to bottom, He ushered all men directly into His Holy presence through the "curtain of Jesus." This is life-changing from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant. The writer then encourages all believers to come together even more so in corporate worship as the Day of the Lord draws near. That's the encouragement of this message that we would recommit ourselves to God and as a church body as we prepare for what 20

  • Guarding What's Valuable - Audio

    18/12/2022 Duration: 47min

Sunday, December 18, 2022 - Pastor Ryp brings a message today that is very applicable for all of us, bringing attention to the essential things in life and how we protect them. Hence, the title of his message is: "Guarding What's Valuable." The enemy of our soul is all about stealing from us what is the most valuable thing in our lives, our relationship with God. Consider this a must-listen for you to learn from Pastor Ryp how we guard the most critical relationship in our life: with our Heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ.

  • Revelation 22 - God's Final Words - Audio

    11/12/2022 Duration: 53min

Sunday, December 11, 2022 - We are finishing up our study on Revelation 22, emphasizing the last words spoken to humanity by God. Consistent with our expectations, words spoken at the end of life or the end of time as we know it is typically pretty important. John the Revelator has been given powerful visions and messages by angels and Jesus Himself of all the glorious things in store for the faithful. And in the midst of it all, God is still calling out to people to choose Him over the things of the enemy. It is the prayer of this pastor that all would choose to make the necessary arrangements in one's spiritual life to spend eternity in fellowship with God the Heavenly Father. There will come a time when the era of Grace will be over; choose wisely now while the opportunity exists... Remember, the BEST IS YET TO COME!!

  • Revelation 21 - The New Jerusalem - Audio

    04/12/2022 Duration: 50min

Sunday, December 4, 2022 - We are finishing up our study on the 21st chapter of Revelation. If you decide to watch this, prepare your mind to blow up! What John the Revelator is describing as he is being shown the New Jerusalem being lowered from Heaven to settle on the New Earth is beyond anything mankind could ever build or even imagine. This kind of imagery just can't be made up! Both the immense size and the brilliance of the city, as we are going to describe, are absolutely beyond anything we can imagine. So get ready to see God put on a display of His glory that reveals how much He loves us, His cherished creation. At the end of the message, we take some calculated liberty to try to figure out what happens to all those that are yet in the human flesh that have lived through the 1000-year millennial reign and have chosen to follow Christ versus those that choose to follow Satan in his last attempt to overthrow God. They are destroyed by fire from Heaven only to have their lot with all the other evil dead

  • Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth - Part 2 - Audio

    27/11/2022 Duration: 43min

Sunday, November 27, 2022 - We are in week 2 of our study on Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth. John the Revelator describes what he's seeing and being told to write down. This continues to bring us joy in knowing God has great things prepared for the faithful in the New Heavens and New Earth. John promises that those that are overcomers will enjoy everything he is describing, but those that are listed as cowards, unbelievers, vile, murderers, sexually immoral, idolators, liers and the like will not inherit eternal life but will be consigned to the lake of burning sulfur. Interestingly, those guilty of less serious sins are listed at the top of the list of those that are consigned to Hell. Why is that? Could it be that it's not the seriousness of the sin but rather the vast numbers of those guilty of the sin that tops the list? That's something that should make us all take note of our lives and be diligent in not being cowardly or unbelieving in our daily living in our daily lives. That's

  • Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth - Part 1 - Audio

    13/11/2022 Duration: 48min

Sunday, November 13, 2022 - We're beginning to study Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth. This is the beginning of the time when God and mankind will live together for all eternity. Until now, man couldn't look at the Face of God, but now we will see Him face to face. We will discuss one of many things beyond our comprehension and most incredible imagination. John the Revelator witnessed God remaking the broken and diseased world of sin into a brand new, remodeled Earth that will never again be tainted or stained with the curse of sin. What a glorious sight that will be for us to witness firsthand among so many marvelous things for all eternity. I pray that this study will create a genuine heartfelt desire for Heaven in your heart and help us all live with more excellent intentions keeping our eyes focused on Christ and the things unseen as they are eternal... Be blessed and be busy in the Kingdom!

Sunday, November 6, 2022 – Pastor Ryp brings a message “Wrestling with Judgment and Grace.” Our world is full of deception and confusion. • Church - Heaven's Model on Earth - Audio

    30/10/2022 Duration: 51min

Sunday, October 30, 2022 - Today's message is "Church - Heaven's Model on Earth." I don't think many of us think of Church as being a model of what happens in Heaven. For most people, the church is a building that people visit once or maybe twice a week. Some may feel very committed to it, and others may feel that it's an optional thing to attend once in a while if it fits into their busy schedule. The point of today's message is to make the case that the church on earth is the very model of what God is doing in Heaven. If we can appreciate that, we might see our attitude toward the Church differently. First, the Church is Jesus's idea, not man's. Jesus had a reason to establish the church on earth as a body of believers willing to set themselves apart from the sin and brokenness of the world so that they could lead them to Himself. God designs a healthy and vibrant church to attract the broken and needy people to the love of His Son, Jesus. Because God loves the church and its mission, the enemy is

  • Heaven's Perspective on Earth - Audio

    23/10/2022 Duration: 47min

Sunday, October 23, 2022 - The title of this week's message is "Heaven's Perspective of Earth." One may not appreciate that Heaven has a vested interest in Earth. The reason is, everything about Heaven, except for God, depends on what happens on earth. Think about it this way, no one takes anything with them when they die. Whether a person is welcomed in Heaven or destined to suffer in Hell, they take nothing with them other than what they sent ahead while they were alive. This means Heaven's economic system begins first with the "free gift of God's saving Grace and Mercy" and secondly with the "works of men while they live on earth." When we understand Heaven's perspective like this, it helps us appreciate why we need to work hard in the Kingdom of God while we have opportunities on earth. As we set our eyes on Heavenly things, it also helps us live peacefully while going through the hard knocks of life, knowing that we are simply passing through this life as Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob recognized.
