Paul gives us a description of a person who teaches thing's that cause believers to fall from the truth. They are play acting lairs. Their consciences have been seared by sin.

The falling from faith is because of deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons. The fight of faith is not against the false teacher. It is against the demons spirits at work.

In the last days, apostasy, falling from the faith.

The confession of the Church. He came in the flesh, was declared righteous, was witnessed by messengers, He is proclaimed in the nations, He is believed on in the world and He is in glory.

Why is Paul writing Timothy? To tell him how people must act in the congregation or household of the Living God.

What happens to a deacon who serves well? They are promoted and gain confidence to speak about their faith in Lord.

Deacons must be a one woman man and need to manage their children and household in a good way.

A deacon must be a person who holds on to the faith. He knows the teachings or doctrines of the faith. He is tested before to see if he can be a deacon. He has no reproach.

The person wanting to be an elder or overseer must manage his household well. He controls his children with dignity.

An overseer must not be an alcoholic or a person who is looking for a fight. These characteristics should not be found in a person who oversees your faith.

An overseer must be hospitable. What does that man? They must be able to teach. What is that requirement?

An overseer must be temperate, prudent, and respectable. What do those terms mean? That is what we cover in this podcast.

An overseer must be above reproach. There must be no place to hang an accusation. He must be a one woman man. This is both mentally and physically

What does this statement mean, "a trustworthy statement" The requirements for the office of the overseer.

This is a very difficult scripture to interpret. This is one of the right interpretations. The wonderful role of a woman is to teach her children about Jesus and preserve the faith, love and self restraint.

What did Paul means by saying women should not teach? Women should not exercise authority over men.

Women should adorn themselves with good works. They should receive instruction. They should be submissive
