Miranda is an expert in the field of nutrition and speaks about everyday healthy eating, the hot topic of gut health and gets specific about the relationship between what we eat and our skin health. Packed full of practical tips and what do do when things don't seem right either physically or mentally. An episode that explains why we need to think about beauty from the inside out. 

In this episode, Andrew chats with 2016 Franchisee of the Year, Pauline Reid. Since the chat, Pauline has been awarded an Outstanding Female Award as part of the International Women's Day. Performing her "day job" with Queensland Government Emergency Service agencies in the information technology area, owning a Beauty Clinic Franchise and finding work life balance with her family, shows her organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills. Pauline is an empowered empowerer and shares loads of insights in this episode of the podcast. 

On this weeks episode, Andrew chats with Josie Paton, Franchise at Brazilian Beauty Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Starting as a Beauty Therapist, Josie soon realised she wanted to own her own Beauty Clinic and, at the age of 22 years, decided to open her own Brazilian Beauty Franchise. Josie is an amazing young women who shares her journey and offers advice which all business owners, Beauty Therapists and those thinking they too can open their own clinic should not miss.

In this episode Andrew chats with Charlotte Clarke who has a wealth of experience in the Australian Beauty Industry and now looks after all things Social Media at Brazilian Beauty. Having worked her way up from Beauty Therapist to Clinic Manager at Brazilian Beauty, Charlotte also explerienced working with large skin care companies like Dermalogica, before returning to the Brand and eventually being promoted to the marketing department where she is responsible for implementing the Social Media strategy. Plenty of great Social Media tips in this episode. 

In this episode Andrew chats with Elle Warner. Elle started her journey with Brazilian Beauty as a Beauty Therapist and has performed every clinic roll on her way to overseeing 5 company owned clinics playing the roll of a Franchisee.  Hear the lessons Elle took away from her years as a Therapist, 2IC and Coordinator and how she approaches her current roll being responsible for 5 Brazilian Beauty Clinics. 

In this episode Andrew chats with Chelsea Wonka from the Australian Skin Institutes. Chelsea started out in the beauty industry as a Beauty Therapist and has taken her passion for healthy skin into her current role as head of development with ASI skin care. Chelsea shares her experience as a Therapist before moving on to the topic of skin care where she discusses the importance of not only choosing a quality skin care, but also understanding the benefits of and what to look for to guarantee you are giving your large organ what it needs to be at it healthiest best. We also discuss how Beauty Therapist should be empowering their clients with expert advice and education and how getting this right takes away the feeling of "selling" from the Therapist - Client relationship.  

In this episode Andrew chats with two of Brazilian Beauty's rising stars Georgina Howlett and Jasmine Candale. Both young ladies are just 19 years of age and give an insight into what the ups and downs are when starting a career in the Beauty Industry while they are in fact still becoming the best Therapists they can be. Their energy and enthusiasm in infectious. Hear about Natalie's journey through the early stages of her Therapy career before Brazilian Beauty and then her sometime turbulent and otherwise very success rise through the ranks after joining the company.
