At the age of 50 she decided to fully transition into becoming woman. In the years following her transition celebrating her new life as Richelle, she found herself over indulging on too much food and wine and became overweight. At the start of 2017, after seeing a photo of herself she decided enough was enough and it was time to get her health on track. Richelle joined our 8 week program and got some of the best results we have seen this year. She dropped 26kg and hasn't been this weight since 1987! (I wasn't even born then.) An inspirational story of overcoming adversity and being true to ones self. Well worth a listen!
