Synopsis

Meditation has been in existence for thousands of years. Here, I bring to life how meditation can help reduce stress, improve health, and open up your existence to brilliant new opportunities and insights. I will take you on my personal adventures in Meditation. Many times my experiences in meditation...the messages, visions, and feelings I receive are quite simple and at other times they are puzzling and provoking. Just like a good wine, both the simple and complex characters mingle and result in a unique imbibing experience. My desire is to introduce the practice of meditation to others in the hopes that they can find their breath, new awareness, and create a beautiful life from the inside out. This adventure we call life is a journey that starts within and expands outward creating an existence full of your deepest desires and with some nurturing and TLC a concentrated dose of happiness.

    Today we will take the first steps to not only entering our bodies, but we will breathe life into them.  Many clients who walk thorugh my  door are inadvertently living in the past or in the future. This existence can leave us feeling depressed and anxious, respectively. In health and for health, we are called to live in the present. This my friends is grounding.  In this podcast we will ground, be present in our bodies and breathe. Further, we will  tap into copious amounts of earth energy supplying ourselves with essential fuel for living in this structured three dimensional reality.
