Synopsis
Smalls Talk is designed for college students as a means to help them on their journey of self and personal wellness. During each episode, Appalachian's Wellness Coordinator for Student Programs with Wellness and Prevention Services Saray Smalls and her co-hosts explore one or more of the 8 dimensions of wellness which include social, emotional, physical,environmental, spiritual, intellectual, occupational and financial.
