An 'old' game - one we have not played in a couple of years. Thunderstone is a deck building game with a D&D-like theme. We are joined this week by three guests! Pat, Puffer, and Melody all make appearances.

Blane, Andrew, and Marty played a couple games of Pandemic, with Puffer sitting in for the second game. This used to be a favorite but none of us were prepared for what happened this game night.

A special episode where we don't talk about games but we do talk about beer! The first half is a beer tasting that Blane hosted at his place. The second half was recorded during a break from playing games on a normal Thursday night - in it we taste a number of beer and cheese pairings.

Marty and Andrew get together on a rainy Saturday to play an old classic - Space Hulk. The game of Man Versus Alien in Desperate Battle! It is a great two-player skirmish game with simple rules that creates a lot of excitement and tension.

Marty and Andrew sit down in the Man Room on a lazy Saturday for a head-to-head game of Earth Reborn. We discuss the game in general without getting into too many rules specifics. Most of the first turn of game play is included, and then some discussion.

A worker placement game from 2006. Blane has played it a couple of times but not Andrew so we go over the rules first.

Another 'old' game from the collection. We teach the game since Andrew has only played it once, and then discuss it. A fair amount of play, with decent narration at first. But this is a very visual game.

Blane, Andrew, and Marty learn and play the new cooperative game from the designer of Forbidden Island and Pandemic. We ended up playing three times. The whole first game is recorded, plus some recap, then some random stuff, then reviews and ratings. We won the first and third game. It was generally well reviewed.

Blane, Andrew, and Marty bring out an old favorite - the Lord of the Rings cooperative game. This one used to beat us up, but we all still like it. We recorded a pretty thorough play-through, and some thoughts on how we feel about this game compared to ten years ago.
