The flow chart they discuss is on the GameLorePodcast.com\blog website. They also discuss Kevin's Gents, Games and Grub night and Mike's recent gaming. Some concepts you probably want to take into consideration when picking a game include: Does you group like short or long games? Do they like cooperative or competitive games? Do they prefer simulation (i.e. war) games or games with an abstract theme? Do they like games with random events or do they like games with less reliance on mechanics like dice rolling? Do they like to play a few games that they are familiar with repeatedly, or do they like to experiment with new games? Some of the games discussed in this podcast include Kingdom Builder, Ticket to Ride, the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures game.
