Audific: Audiobook Reviews

Fun, fluffy, and fairly hot.

A little romance, a little mystery, and a whole bunch of magic. Sadly, despite all that, it's still a book that's missing something. 

It will stimulate thought and discussion, but as a literary work, it suffers from an excess of simplicity and lack of real world considerations. 

When a movie trailer is so good, you have to read the book it's based on RIGHT FREAKING NOW. Also, this is the episode where Killian was recovering from a terrible cold and had some voice issues  (and barking dogs). 

Davis Porter, narrator of Outlander fame, brings her substantial talents to another historical novel, this time set in 1680's Amsterdam. But can the book keep itself afloat of its own merit? Take a listen for my review. 

A perfection of paranormal romance, but so much more. And, also, ZACHARY FREAKING WEBBER.

A powerfully written and brilliantly produced audiobook.
