    n my first solocast I discuss my recent experiment with anabolic steroids after many years of no use. I quit the experiment after 40 days due to side effects that were increasing the incidence of sleep apnoea episodes. I discuss my bizarre metabolism that required an average of 62 calories per kilogram per day in order for me to gain even a pound. For me, that was approximately 6200 calories per day, everyday. I also discuss my training volume throughout this bulk and some other things about where I’m headed in my life next.
