The Super Bowl is upon us and Rain Delay Theater explore some of their NFL roots this week and conduct a tournament of MLB nicknames vs. NFL nicknames to crown a true champion! Too Tall, The Refrigerator, and The Toy Cannon all make appearances as well as some of the classics. A lot to discuss about the virtues of a good nickname here! The guys also rip into Mickey Callaway and his embarrassingly lame text messages, they cover the signings of Kolten Wong, Joc Pederson, and Carlos Rodon, and they delve into some discontinued fast food burgers. Jack and Jeremy also check in on the Len Kasper departure from the Cubs, the Adam Eaton acquisition for the White Sox, and some other free agent signings. Plus, we're treated to a story from Jack about how being Scott Rolen's cousin can get you sweet free tickets to a San Francisco Giants game!

It's episode 98 and that calls for another revisit to a recent expansion draft as Jack and Jeremy take a look at the inaugural rosters for the 1998 Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Arizona Diamondbacks. The guys also run down some notable Rule 5 picks from the recent past, in honor of the upcoming draft. Also, at the top of the show, the guys run down a few news items including the non-tender of Kyle Schwarber. Jeremy closes out the show with another tale from his vault, this time about former White Sox closer Roberto Hernandez and a 2nd grade teacher at his elementary school.
