    Today's episode is about booking disasters in the children's party business. Cheryl shares a couple of horror stories from a friends who hired a character, and got far less than they expected! Tammy originally meant to hire Elsa, from Frozen: The beautiful, elegant princess with a voice that could make birds jealous. What she got was a 16 year old in a summer dress wearing a cheap Rapunzel wig! When she reached out tot he company to express her concerns, they replied with “Well Elsa is new and that's all we could come up with”. Cheryl shares her own issues with how this was handles, and further explains that this business is not about the money. It's about the children first and foremost, and the children need to be happy with the character that shows up to their door, and that requires accurate costumes.
