Whether you are in sales, or you have a goal to go to a certain restaurant for dinner, the best way to get what you want is to ask for it. I know, I know, easier said than done. But with attention and practice, we can make the leap into being unafraid I asking. What if every time you ask for something, someone said yes? Obviously, you would ask more often because you know you're going to get a yes. So, it's the NO that scares us. Once we get beyond the yes or no dictating our self-worth then we can ask without our self-esteem being tied to the answer. Good luck!
