Synopsis

Think Fit is a podcast hosted by Tim and Robo who have lost a combined weight of nearly 100kgs! We want to cut through the confusion and make people realise there isn't a secret to weight loss. That doesn't mean it has to be hard either. We will share stories based on our experiences. What worked, what doesn't and hopefully have some fun doing so. So if you are sick of all the confusion about losing weight and getting fit then tune in!

We also look at who are the best people to help you fix your diet and eating. As always, we found some great fitness headlines to discuss and even managed to answer a couple of questions.     We all face low points in life. Some of us are unhappy with our body and sometimes the training can be too hard or you're too tired. Other people may struggle with food and eating well and sometimes when we race things don't always go to plan.     Welcome to Think Fit, a podcast hosted by Tim & Robo, two guys who have lost a combined weight of nearly 100kgs! On our first ever episode we wanted to give a brief introduction to ourselves outlining why we put on weight, when we realised we needed to make a healthy change and how we lost our weight. We outline our plans for how the show will work in the future and the weight loss and fitness topics we want to discuss in the future. We aren't experts so we want to try and cut through all the confusion and mixed messages to make people realise that it doesn't have to be hard to lose weight. We also want to inform people about weight loss based on our own experiences. We will share weight loss tips and advice in a fun and lighthearted way.
