If you dig horror comedies, and you haven't seen Tucker and Dale vs. Evil... Seriously what the hell? Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine are just two buddies who want to fix up their cabin and go fishing. All is well until these damn kids show up and think they are sinister rednecks out to murder their friend. This comedy of errors is sure to make your day and must watch during Halloween!

Ok so this movie doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is... Jaws... in the outback... with a giant, monster pig. People get eaten, skewered, trampled and yes there are more than a few twists that keep you on your toes for a VERY fun watch!

Do you like haunted houses? Are you familiar with these new Extreme Haunts where people sign a waiver allowing scar-actors to touch and grab you? People this shit is real, and perhaps that realness is what makes 2019's haunt so VERY SCARY. If you watch just one film from our list this year, THIS is it! Centered around some college kids who visit an extreme haunt only to discover that the people running it are not nice people (and that is putting it mildly. Check this one out!

Melissa Sloter joins the gang to chat about Midsommer, the next spooky film from Ari Aster the director who brought us Hereditary. Join a group of co-eds as they travel to Sweden to partake in a Summer festival with some very strange people. Ok they are a cult and BAD shit goes down. This movie is deep and a great slow burn. That and you have to listen to Melissa provide some LOVE to this film, it's great!

Art the Clown is a sadistic fuck who terrorizes two young women Halloween Night. He kills people in the most horrific of ways using items from his garbage bag of death. This movie is NOT for the squeamish. And it's a film we NEVER should have asked Rebekah to watch... Oh My...

For those who may have missed this film, seriously WTF is wrong with you. The Babadook explores a young woman and her child as they are haunted by an evil entity that comes alive from a children's story. This film is haunting and also very meta for those of us who struggle with grief. Stop reading this review and go watch this film...Seriously go watch it... Why are you still here go watch this movie!

There are just some movies that are beyond conventional understanding. Most people think all kaiju movies fall into this category, but then they haven't seen some of the shit we have. Like this episode, where we are joined once again by guest Jesse Candelori, and we talk about a VERY strange and drugged up movie from 1976 called Planet of Dinosaurs. Strap in, this ride is bumpy

The Scream Queen gets her revenge as the Old Man hates spiders, and this film has a rather large one, like the size of a dog. A young woman and her children encounter this vile creature while taking care of an elderly man. The bad news is..it's hungry! If you have a fear of spiders this movie will certainly trigger you.

If you are a fan of Halloween Festivals with scare zones and haunted houses, you will LOVE this film. Watch as a group of teens find themselves at Blood Fest, a fun night of spooks and scares, only to find that the terror is real and that the actors are trying to kill EVERYONE there. This is little gem was brought to us by the Tea Monster so you can thank him if you like it. If you don't then keep your trap shut!

Who doesn't like Vampires? And I'm speaking of the Nosferatu creepy looking ones and not that sparkly bullshit. From the Dark finds a couple in the countryside who get stranded and must survive the night from a Vampire who is allergic to ALL light. Will they be able to find new sources of light and live, or get eaten...seriously get eaten folks. Tune in to find out!

Rich people are assholes. And no recent film proves this better than 2019's Ready or Not. All HELL breaks loose when a young bride is forced to play hide and seek on her wedding night with her new rich family. Little does she know that if she is found, she will be sacrificed. This action packed spooky romp into the macbre is a great addition to Spook Fest 2019. See what the Tea Monster has to say... If you DARE!!!

Many people don't know that not only did the French give us fries, but they gave us a great new movement in horror; the French Extremist movement of the 2000s. These movies are wickedly intense and they push the limits of what audiences can handle in their horror. Today the gang reviews one of the first entries in this movement, High Tension and it is NOT for the faint of heart. Will Rebekah rage quit after this messed up film? You will have to listen to find out.

This little hidden gem came out of nowhere and I will honestly say it's one of the biggest surprises of SpookFest so far. If you dig small little movies that give you more than one jaw dropping WTF moments then you NEED to watch End Trip. It's also good safety advice for those of us who UBER quite a bit! Heck even Rebekah liked it!

The Leftover Army Monsters are heading to the New Mexican desert to have a nice day in the sun. And rest assured, we have our bug spray in hand, because we are also tackling the 1954 American SciFi classic... THEM! Made in the same year as the original Godzilla movie, THEM is a cult classic with atomic radiation having created giant ants. It's a well known entry, unlike many we have covered here already. But is its reputation well earned? Join us and special guest Nick Butkovich as we find out!

Watch as a mild mannered father is transformed into a demon clown when he puts on a costume he cannot remove! Directed by Eli Roth, this is NOT a film for people who are afraid of clowns, like Rebekah. Still it's a great, scary romp that will test your limits. Did the Queen survive? Stop motion animation is a stable of the kaiju genre, dating back to the first true entries of Lost World and King Kong. Westerns though... are not. But that doesn't mean they can't cross paths.
