With the holiday fast approaching, James couldn't resist talking about The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special, and with whiskey o'clock fast approaching, Kevin couldn't resist talking about On the Rocks. Then, the boys spend One Night in Miami and shuffle on to Chaos Walking.

With their ride adding the weight of a wedding ring, the newly un-bachelored James and freewheeling bachelor Kevin dive head first into trailers of love. Whether that be Kevin's love for the esoteric movie you have to read (Another Round), or James' love for Star Wars that he never talks about (The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special), the boys give you the 411. They also say neigh to Black Beauty, and see if Happiest Season lives up to its name.

After a wild All Saints Day, James & Kevin check out the Mexican jumping beans of Mank, are glad it's November while reviewing Halloween Kills, head off to Dreamland, and try to shake the Stardust off a Bowie biopic.

Finally atoning for their goofs, James & Kevin get in the (spooky) trenches for Ghosts of War and do a deep dive on Deep Blue Sea 3. It's a lot to tackle, so thankfully Bad Movie Correspondent, Social Media Manager, James' Roommate... and maybe James' fiance?... Jenny Hoks helps the boys look in the rearview, bringing extensive Deep Blue Sea knowledge and a whole lotta puns.

James & Kevin stop the presses for Fatman, and discuss its hilarious premise, whether they can accept Mel Gibson as the lead, and who they'd get to play Cupid in the spin-off.

James and Kevin comb through the Bad Hair trailer, enjoy the Sound of Metal, and truncate the title of Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.

It's high time the boys got early. After being a few weeks too late for DC Fandome, they decide to celebrate Halloween early, exclusively reviewing horror movie trailers! Oop! Never mind, Dune came out. Well, that box of pain looks scary, so maybe that half counts. After admiring a big ol' worm, the boys laugh their way through Mass Hysteria, decide if Hubbie Halloween is a trick or a treat, get Freaky, wonder if Scare Me is a little desperate, foreclose Welcome to the Blumhouse, all before bearing down for Grizzly 2. NOTE: It has come to our attention there is some inaccurate information in this episode, regarding the choir noted in the Dune review, and if the trailer for Welcome to the Blumhouse noted what streaming service it would be dropping on. Oh! Turns out DC Fandome had a lotta stuff going on. The boys show up fashionably late to unite for Snyder's Justice League, turn back the clock for Wonder Woman 1984, don't get too attached to The Suicide Squad, and address their thoughts to The Batman. To cap things off, they rush through No Time to Die.

It's so hot. To beat the heat, James & Kevin decide to get in an air conditioned car and go Cross Country to try to find cooler land. They make a deal with The Devil All the Time, order a stiff one for On the Rocks, curse their gas powered cars with Tesla, have a sobering moment with The Binge, regard the royalty of Get Duked, forgive past betrayals with Judas and the Black Messiah, and applaud the horniness of Death on the Nile (the steaminess was worth breaking the pun run, trust me). They also spend more time on Space Jam 2 than the marketing team did, and tease DC Fandome. Please note at the time of recording, they had no idea what (if anything) would premiere, so forgive Kevin's hesitancy to participate since he was still rubbed raw by this year's lackluster Comic Con. Trailer Hitch is officially in the triple digit club! Having conquered 100 episodes worth of trailers, they celebrate by conquering Comic Con 2020... Which is basically a victory lap. Due to the pandemic there are alarmingly few trailers, but due diligence demands it, damn it! James & Kevin see if there's anything new with The New Mutants, mount some Antlers, try to harmonize their "Whoa's" for Bill & Ted Face the Music, make lifelong foes outta Archenemy, and though they agree Kilroy Was Here they wonder why.

James & Kevin, equipped with a clunky show name to honor a certain football team, go Rogue and wonder when The New Mutants is coming out. The boys also get their first screener... for Money Plane. They note the irony that their first free movie they've gotten for the podcast is called Money Plane and go sky high. Finally, cause who doesn't wanna get away these days, they go to Palm Springs and talk ad infinitum about the possibilities the premise belies.

Have you ever noticed just how many things are connected to electricity? Well, Kevin sure found out when the power cut out mid-recording for this episode. Luckily, the boys are able to generate some spark with a look at Halloween Kills, The One and Only Ivan, and An American Pickle.  Also, ayyyyyyy the boys watched a movie! They pour their sweat and tears into Da 5 Bloods, and determine whether the trailer that blew them away still does after seeing the film.

With an ever growing list of trailers, but an ever shrinking amount to say about some of them, James & Kevin introduce Courtesy Honk, where they touch on various trailers that they only have a paltry quip for. Through this, they give you notably abridged thoughts on Greenland, the 450th trailer for The King's Man (aforementioned number is a horrific overestimate), Waiting For the Barbarians, and Peninsula. Those trailers alone are worth entire episodes, though (well, maybe except for The King's Man...)! What could possibly top those?!  Quite a bit, it turned out! The boys get the fatigues scared off of them with Ghosts of War, admire the Broken Hearts Gallery, take a repetitious trip to Palm Springs, and go off the deep end with a request to review Deep Blue Sea 3. Worth noting that we indeed had technical difficulties this episode, which will lead to a MIGHTY NOTICEABLE dip in audio quality on Kevin's end. Even with a multitude of injustice in the world, James manages to find something new to be enraged about: Kevin hadn't seen The Shawshank Redemption until last week. Luckily for James, Kevin also saw the trailers they're talking about today. They grade Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga a high-C, wonder how Joseph Gordon-Levitt got their company credit card PIN in 7500, take a franc ferry to Money Plane, and tune their instruments to Bill & Ted Face the Music.

Things are pretty tense out there, so James & Kevin go Cross Country to get away for a while. On their journey, they donate some time to Da 5 Bloods, pay their respects to The Old Guard, go a bit Unhinged, don't quite find self-actualization with The Transcendents, reckon with a Force of Nature, bury the past with Relic, decide if The Wanting Mare could be a little less demanding, find out how much room and board is with Tenet, all before arriving at their final destination of Antebellum (... again.)

Nestled in their respective apartments, the boys are perplexed that they have three major trailers to talk about this week. Do these trailer editors get notes saying, "Remove the title card that says, 'In theaters on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯'"?  There are a lot of unanswered questions, but thankfully, our hosts have some opinions to compensate. James and Kevin don't call that trailer Shirley, admire the good hair in Becky, and crown The King of Staten Island.

Another couple of weeks of quarantining and... someone's still making trailers?! BLESS YOUR HEART, WHOEVER YOU ARE, CAUSE YOU'RE GIVING US STUFF TO DISSECT. James & Kevin pick sides for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy Vs. The Reverend, and determine if We Are Little Zombies is dead on arrival, and talking about the critical woe of wanting to love something but just not being able to connect with it. Next, another couple of weeks of quarantining and... there still aren't too many new movies! BLESS YOUR HEARTS, WHOEVER YOU ARE, BECAUSE YOU'RE CLEARLY QUARANTINING TOO. As such, James & Kevin take a look at another VOD staple in our trying time: The Hunt. They talk about great fight choreography and why satire is such a tightrope walk.

Another fortnight in containment yielded a surprising amount of trailers -- we had initially anticipated zero -- so the boys determine if they, um, like Valley Girl, and drum up an opinion about some bootlegged Capone footage.  Then, James & Kevin look Onward. Though they never reviewed the trailer for the show, they manage to give you the 411 on if the trailer properly conveyed the film, and their thoughts about the controversial ending.

James & Kevin are known for their overkill. Though they only have to be six feet apart, the boys chose to be a mile and a half apart, recording in their respective, quarantined apartments. But their distance makes their hearts grow fonder for trailers, and they got a couple doozies. They begin with The Main Event, then flunk out of Bad Education. Next, they introduce Hi-Beam, Lo-Beam, where one person watches all of the promotional material before seeing a movie, while the other goes in blind. James hadn't heard of One Cut of the Dead before watching it for the show, whereas Kevin saw all of the spoiler-y trailers. Will this lead to the experience being soured for the latter? Can a trailer spoil a film but not its experience? They investigate... separately.

Take a listen to the "before times"... when we were still able to record podcasts in our friends' dining rooms before that was illegal. Also listen to when the "before times" became "the times" about 20 minutes into the recording, when one of our guest hosts had to leave cause all of her stuff was at work and she had to go grab it before she'd get locked out of her office. Needless to say, it's been a wild few weeks, and we're here for ya, to confront the anxiety of "the times" head on and to distract you from it with some jokes about Jungle Cruise, Soul, and a bunch of jokes about The Christmas Prince 3: The Royal Baby.
