Alex is put in the hot seat and forced to explain why there are so many goddamn Nicholas Cage movies in his queue, while Matty attempts to keep himself busy pitching imaginary Outkast films and making farcical top 5 lists. Kristen reveals the origin of her fear of drains, Matty blames Vertical Horizon for his unique form of dyslexia, Alex pleads for Quentin Tarantino to re-edit Citizen Kane, and Trevor tries to name 3 deciduous trees native to the Pacific Northwest. Later we learn whether Alex actually got food poisoning from Taco Bell in middle school, or whether that was just an elaborate ruse to see the R-rated A Time To Kill.
