We are about learning and growth through personal stories from a diverse spectrum of people. We believe in stories. We believe that stories are a powerful way to both learn and teach. We want to encourage people to develop, own, find more meaning, leverage, forge meaning if necessary and share their personal story. We also believe there is great value in hearing other people's stories. We believe that exploring foundational ideas and beliefs through diverse personal stories is instrumental in order to discover more meaningful paths, greater happiness, and accelerated growth in ones life.

After five years, he departed to start a staffing company with a partner. They sold it to a publicly traded firm five years later.
