Patrick Fitzgibbons is a veteran police officer with approximately 20 years of experience in a variety of roles within law enforcement. Patrick holds an MBA in business and an MA in organizational leadership and is a lifelong learner. Patrick is a professor in higher education, and is dedicated to educating the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
