The guys kick off the hour by continuing with talk about the Astros’. They talk about how bad of an umpire Angel Hernandez is and how he was booed in London at the Redsox/Yankees series. The guys have a segment called “Malpractice Monday” where they talk about people that should be fired from their jobs. They talk about the Rockets and the possible trades that could be made for Clint Capela, Eric Gordan and PJ Tucker. Adding a shooter, such as Seth Curry, would be vital to the Rockets.  They discuss the Andre Iguodala trade and if he was traded because he exposed the Warrior’s medical team overlooking injuries. The guys finish the show off by recapping the Kevin Durant trade. 

The guys start the first hour of the show talking about what the next move would be for the Houston Rockets. They say Jimmy Butler and the Rockets might have dodged a bullet by not signing him to the Rockets. They lead into talking about all NBA trades and signings that happen yesterday. They get into the conversation about good restaurants in Houston. They talk about what NBA team landed the best deal so far in free agency and predicts where Kawhi Leonard will go. They talk about the Texans and when training camp begins. They end the hour talking about the MLB All-Star roster and Gerrit Cole getting voted into the roster. 

The guys start the 2nd hour talking about the NBA free agency. Rumors about Kawhi having a meeting with the Lakers are buzzing conversations around the NBA. Del says if he goes to LA and joins Lebron everything we think about Kawhi would be wrong. The crew thinks the move would be terrible for the NBA. A new NBA rule was announced this morning; the league will allow coaches to have 1 challenge on any foul per game. The guys end the show from fans calling in giving their weekly apologies. 

The guys have the hilarious Nikki Glaser on the show. Glaser will have 2 shows this weekend at the Improv. She talks about the difference between female and male comedians. Nikki says funniest people in the world are the ugliest because they had to go through survival mode growing up. They wrap up the hour with some World Cup talk.

The guys kick off the show by taking a call and talking about trading PJ Tucker for Jimmy Butler and how they simply don’t see it happening. They talk about the significance of Texas in Texas and how the state is branded on everything here. Lance, Raheel, Jose, and Del take calls and do the Throw Shade Thursday.  They also read odd news headlines and random facts then share their reactions.  

John and Raheel kick off the hour with a recap from The Bench and then begin making non-sports related bets that will probably never be tested and trying to find evidence that proves the Russian bear attack was real. The guys then share their thoughts on who they would trade for Jimmy Butler and come to a consensus that PJ Tucker deserves to be freed of his babysitting duties. They also call out the Rockets for being hypocrites when it comes to James Harden vs. another player. Raheel points out that with JJ Watt and DeAndre Hopkins the Texans should be the most likable team in Houston History; however, they are not because Bill Obrien is behind the program and they are not securing wins. 

The guys continue the second hour talking about a couple of college stories. The guys highlight the U.S. soccer game and Boxing match at NRG on Saturday. Oklahoma State basketball team hires older brother of Cade Cunnings, Cannon Cunnings as a new assistant coach. The guys talk about if he was qualified for the job or it’s because of family. This leads to conversations about other family hiring trends. The guys talk about breaking news how Kevin Durant is opting out of his player option and he’s becoming an unrestricted free agent this summer. 

The guys begin the show talking about the Sixers. They talk about the Astros winning 2 games straight, back on their mojo. They mention the President invited U.S. soccer team to the white house if they win after Megan Rapinoe says during an interview she’s not going. They end the hour talking about how Ángel Hernández is the worst official in history. 

The guys start the second hour talking Harden and the Rockets. They come off of a break talking about girls going out with football players in New York. They wrap up the show talking about seals imitating human speech.

The guys begin the show talking about Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid’s past family tragedy. They also discuss James Harden not winning the MVP award for the 2018-19 season. They then talk about NBA free agency, specifically where Kyrie Irving could land this summer. They also talk about the chances the Rockets could land Irving this summer. The guys wrap up the first hour talking about the High School Baseball National Championship being held right now in Houston. 

The guys talk Bolivar Peninsula, Houston's Pride parade, flags for Trump, Tyler White's grand slam and his eager twitter fan, U Conn's move to the Big East, Georgia's JJ Holloman, and News of the Weird. 

The guys talk giving up seats on an airplane, Rockets turmoil, Astros current season and Yordan Alvarez, and Golden State's possible off-season moves. 

The guys begin the second hour talking about the Rockets’ new jerseys. They stay on the Rockets, analyzing Rockets GM Daryl Morey’s words and actions. The guys then discuss their favorite picks from the NBA Draft and the winners and losers of draft night. They take calls from listeners for their “Apologies and Jokes” segment.  The guys offer predictions for the rest of the Astros-Yankees series and Raheel talks shark fishing as they wrap up the show.

The guys begin the hour of the show talking about the NBA trades and picks from last night and trades for the Astros and current minor leagues prospects.  They talk about animals (Squirrels) attacks and give a story of almost drowning rescuing a dog. The guys continue to talk about animal stories and rank their best regular callers. The guys lead back into the conversation about the NBA draft and players learning their projected team. They ended the hour off by taking some callers.

The guys talk more Chris Paul and NBA draft in the second hour. Also, Throw Shade Thursday and News of the Weird.

The guys start the 2nd hour talking about what a great job Nick Nurse did with the Toronto Raptors within their championship season. They dive into the Rockets drama and if the recent reports are accurate. Del calls the Rockets the modern day Pacers which starts a humorous argument. The guys interview Sam Windsor from the Houston SaberCats. Sam talks about the turning points in their season and how the new stadium will help acquire new players. The guys bring up a story about Chris Paul allegedly making fun of James Harden which may be more reason James wants CP3 gone. The guys end the hour talking about how Mike Conley gets traded to Utah Jazz.

Jeff Van Gundy joins the show live from Wildcat Golf Club. The guys start off the hour asking JVG about his thoughts on the Texans 2019 season and head coach Bill O’Brien future. They converse on the difference between NFL draft picks and NBA draft picks. JVG discusses old players that he’s coached and the NBA off-season has changed dramatically since he’s coached. 

They open this segment discussing the all time billboard list. Which leads to speculation of Madonna’s net worth.  Also they talk about the top billboard Drake songs. They went on to talk about the changed town name in Michigan called “Gay Hell”. 

Multiple callers named “Gilbert” called the station trying to claim tickets. They went on to discuss the Nick Caserio situation and why he would want to leave New England. Tim McMahon joins the show to talk about the Rockets.
