This week on Deviatus, we continue with our multi-part series on the Sallie House, and we're joined by Nicole (far left) and Stan (middle) from San Diego Paranormal Eye (SDPE).  In October of 2010, the team traveled to Atchison, Kansas to investigate the infamous location.  They were met by Denise Pridemore of Pridemore Paranormal (Episodes 20 and 20.5) for a tour and found themselves among the restless spirits that reside there throughout their night of investigation. This week on Deviatus, I'm happy to bring you a very special bonus episode.  I initially thought I had stopped recording with Denise Pridemore after our main interview about the Sallie House, but I actually didn't.  Our conversation lasted quite a lot longer, and after I learned about my error, I asked Denise for permission to post the remaining conversation.  The information on this bonus episode is unscripted and unedited. In the last ten or fifteen years, paranormal investigation has grown in popularity among the masses.  As more and more people show an interest in the unexplained, the desire for the average Joe (or Jane) to be able to go out and experience paranormal phenomena for themselves has opened a doorway for the entertainment industry.  Truth be told, there's a good chance that if you're listening to this show, you've at least considered the idea for yourself. Our guest today is a photographer and researcher who claims to have developed a method for capturing ghosts and apparitions consistently on camera.  He recently took a 2-year tour of Williamsburg, Virginia, site of the largest collection of 18th century buildings in the United States.  His book, Haunted Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia: With Breakthrough Ghost Photography shows 230 images of ghost photography with his narrative explanations from 43 various locations throughout Williamsburg.  Tim Scullion joins us on this episode. This week on Deviatus, I don't have a living, breathing, guest but you are going to hear voices other than my own from unexplained sources.  Join me as I explain how a controversial piece of equipment called the SB7 Spirit Box works, and we'll listen to several audio clips that have been identified as potentially containing voices coming through the box.  Notice, I say "potentially"! Hospitals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are supposed to be places of healing and rejuvenation.  For most, a stay in a hospital could range from a few hours to several weeks or even months depending on the state of health of the individual.   While science, medicine, and technology provide us with state of the art methods for treating illnesses once considered incurable, it is not infallible and death death inevitably finds us all at one point or another.  When tragedy strikes, not all who enter the hospital depart on their way to recovery. Skeptics are quick to let us know that science offers no proof of life after death, and many find comfort in religious beliefs concerning end of life.  Even if you are not religious, we know that energy can neither be created, nor destroyed.  So what happens to the energy that gives us life when it departs our bodies?  Do we, as a consciousness, cease to exist, never again possessing the ability to interact with the living?
