It doesn’t make sense, it's not fair, it can’t possibly cover over what I have done. Grace is so difficult to understand and in fact the only way to do so is to experience it. Join us for our new series, Grace is Greater.

This spring, we are going to begin an effort that we are calling “Pray for Woodford.” We are casting the vision to pray for every home in Versailles. Once we complete doing that, we will broaden our circle. God has really been laying two things on my heart- prayer and sharing with those who do not know Jesus as Savior and Lord. This vision accomplishes both of those things and also meets all three of our values: Connecting, Growing, Sharing. The Sunday morning messages on April 3rd and 10th will challenge and prepare us for this exciting vision. I would love to see our entire church embrace this vision and be a part of Pray For Woodford!

Join us on March 27th at 9:15 & 11:00 AM for Worship Sunday at Journey Church, where we'll be focusing on prayer. Our worship to God should always be a conversation we share with Him. When we lift our voices together in song, we're singing to Him, and declaring His goodness, love and sufficiency. Don't miss out on this time of prayer and praise where we'll be sharing an exciting new effort to reach our community through prayer. We're excited to seek God in song as we lift His praise together! Journey Kids will have their regularly scheduled programming at these hours.

At a time where we should be focused on the reason of the season, we’re lost in the crazy rush of trying to go everywhere and seem stuck overspending on everything. We spend over one trillion dollars globally each year at Christmas! An entire world drowning in the same debt, and before we know it ‘Merry Christmas’, becomes ‘Buried Christmas’. We have to ask: is it really worth it? Is it possible that buried under all that Christmas chaos lies something greater? 2000 years ago, God launched a conspiracy to save the world when He sent Jesus as helpless baby instead of a conquering king. Jesus came to walk, grieve and celebrate with us, and he’s still here with us today! Christmas begins and ends with Jesus, so let’s worship Him fully this Christmas, and love as He’s loved us. This year let’s spend less and give more of ourselves as we conspire together to spread Jesus’ love!
