The Doctor and Romana find themselves, inadvertently, on Skaro centuries after he was last there (insert cross-reference to Genesis of the Daleks here). Both the Daleks and the Movellans (who appear to have escaped from a Buggles music video) are trying to find a very cobweb covered Davros way down in his base. Why are they both trying to find Davros? What can he possibly offer either group? The answer may well determine the DESTINY OF THE DALEKS!

Well, they can't all be zingers. And Vengeance on Varos is no zinger. As a dark, bleak, dystopian adventure, this story falls a little flat and relies on a bit of handwavium at times. There are still, however, some prescient takes on culture, decent effects, and Sil. He really steals the show! This week, we close out the 6th Doctor's televised adventures with Vengeance on Varos!

There was also so much crying. Many, many tears.

This time around on WDYWTTA, John is joined by his longtime friend and co-host of PODcastica: Taylor Nelson! They switch gears from talking about Doctor Who, to talking about something else near and dear to their hearts: The paranormal.
