As we enter into another Advent Season, it's easy to be overwhelmed by what our culture and world tells is important during the Christmas Holiday. If you ever find yourself wondering, “There has to be more to this, right?”, know that you’re not alone. The shepherds, the wise men — even Jesus’ own family all had similar questions. The birth of Jesus, born unto us, was the way God revealed everything good He had in mind – For all of us, and for the world.

Jesus, the perfect son of god was arrested, tried, crucified and killed. He was broken, willingly, to perfect His Father's story of redemption... for us.

You can only imagine the complexity of each completed stained glass window, while it is being carefully and painstakingly hand-crafted. The necessity of light to finish the magnificent image brings about the anticipated beauty of stained glass. Yet, the completion of the stained glass window only tells half the story. We are pieces of glass. Broken and out of place, with a seemingly incomplete purpose. Yet, if not for our brokenness, it wouldn’t be clear that the light which illuminates us is Christ’s, and not our own.
