Welcome to volume 3 Chapter 41 of the Necrocasticon! Women in Horror Month continues, minus a female guest this week. Tom has his review of MOHAWK, plus Ted Geohegan's Q&A from the Syracuse premiere this past week, a film some are saying is as culturally significant to members of the First Nation as Black Panther is to African Americans. Walt passes judgment on the latest Hellraiser entry in his smoker, Az has some words for Gibson's management, to the tune of an elven choir in the mortuary and Scott's ax handle gets lost in Vegas. And, finally, we test the bonds of friendship once again with Roman Dominguez, as he joins us to give another B Movie review.

Welcome to Volume 3 Chapter 40 of the Necrocasticon. We're crossing over with fellow Project Entertainment Network podcast IT COOKS this week to bring you: IT SMOKES! Yes, Amber Fallon joins us for Women in Horror Month and exchanges meat smoking recipes with Smokin' Walt! And yes, there's as much double entendre as you would expect. Now, with Amber joining Tom, Scott, Walt and Az, it's only natural that we focus on a topic might make some people ravenous. Cannibal horror... how do you like your horror cooked? We'll discuss what you should be devouring in this taboo breaking sub-genre, from Hannibal to Sweeney Todd and fill you in on cannibals from horror novels, video games and music, too. Whatever happened to Timothy? Hmmmm. We also review the new Cloverfield film, oh, it's a paradox, alright, and Tom lets us know if we'll be happy getting lost watching The Ritual. All this, plus Mr. Scott and Az remember Cliff Burton on his birthday.

Volume 3 Chapter 39 of The Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network's podcast that blends horror and heavy metal with a common connection. We're kicking off Women in Horror Month over here at Project Entertainment Network with our special guest panelist, horror author Suzanne Madron, and we're digging into our muses, the things that inspire us. Tom and Walt join Suzanne and our friend Dan Roberts, who is filling in for both Mr. Scott and Azriel. Welcome to volume 3 chapter 38 of the Necrocasticon. Tom Clark, Mr. Scott, Smoking Walt Ball and Azriel Mordecai are all back together again for a very special edition of our podcast. This week we planned to take you on a trip called 6 DEGREES OF RITCHIE BLACKMORE, and we did, mostly, talking about Blackmore and the singers that made his music. What actually happened was a love fest for Ronnie James Dio and Jack Ketchum! Special guest, horror novelist Dan Padavona, joins the panel to talk about his iconic dad, his memories of not only Ritchie Blackmore but of Vivian Campbell, Jack Ketchum and what he thinks of the new blood on the literary horror scene. What's Dan's favorite Dio song? What does he think was his father's magnum opus? He answers all these questions and more for us. Plus Tom takes us to hear Joe Lynn Turner, whom he saw perform what was essentially a Rainbow tribute last week!

Volume 3 Chapter 37 of the Necrocasticon gets nasty. No, we're not having an episode dedicated to a Janet Jackson song. This week, Scott, Walt and Az welcome back guest panelist Liz Gray to help us dissect the British Nasties, the list of films that have been banned in England due to content over the decades. What were they? Why were they on the list? What is so nasty about the Nasties? But that's not all, we dig into the first of our B-Movie reviews with BAD APPLES. These are movies that are so bad, we have had to enlist people outside of the Necrocasticon circle to watch them, 'cause Lord knows we won't! How BAD was BAD APPLES? Special guest reviewer, wrestler Roman Dominguez, lets us know if he had to tap out.

Welcome to Volume 3 Chapter 36 of the Necrocasticon. This week host Tom Clark and our panel of metal and horror experts invite Project Entertainment Network show host, Mr. Frank Edler of Bizzong to join us. Tom, Az, Walt, Scott and Frank bring you the THE GREAT METAL DEBATE! What was the origin of Heavy Metal? Can we narrow it down to one? Is it a song? A band? An artist? Or is it a combination of all of these? We'll reverse engineer the music genre that made this podcast possible. Plus, we remember Fast Eddie Clarke, Tom revisits David Cronenberg's Scanners, and Az gives us another song off the Omega EP!

We bring 2017 to a close, as we reminiscent the good times and lament those we lost. Rian Johnson has polarized the Star Wars fan base with a movie that is getting stellar reviews from critics, yet mixed reactions from the fanboys and fangirls of a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Are they crying for the sake of crying? Or do the film's detractors have legitimate arguments? We'll discuss all of that, plus give our opinions on the blockbuster Episode Eight of the Star Wars Saga, The Last Jedi.

This week, special guest panelist, Metal Bob Staffa, metal historian and upstate NY radio personality, joins us to debate who is greater, Ozzy or Dio? We discuss their tenures in Black Sabbath versus their contributions to metal and everything in between. It's a no-win war this week for Tom Clark, Mr. Scott, Smoking Walt Ball and Azriel Mordecai. But that's not all. Walt and Tom take a bunch of anti-depressants to offer you a spoiler free review of Mike Lombardo's I'm Dreaming of a White Doomsday. The indy film has been making waves in the fetival circuit and we'll tell you if it's worth seeking out. Az heads back to the new and improved Mortuary, going east to west with some Armageddon Dildos, and Mr. Scott gives the axe blade to a metal guy who just can't stop being a dick.

Volume 3 Chapter 28 of the Necrocasticon remembers a couple legends this week. First, we eulogize Malcolm Young, of AC/DC fame. Then we turn our attention to the sage of horror cinema... John Carpenter. Carpenter molded an era with his films and his scores. Director, producer, writer and composer. His legacy is our main topic this week as Mr. Scott takes the helm while Tom Clark goes on assignment to see John Carpenter perform live. The Head Hauntress, Elizabeth Gray joins us for the second week in a row, filling in on our panel for Tom. The guys drag her into the mortuary to see if we can translate what Azriel Mordecai has going on down there, and Walter Ball set the Smoker up In Flames.
