Morning Manna

John 16:33 says this... “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Thank you Father for your peace even in the midst of tribulation! Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Lamentations 3:22–23 says this... “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” My challenge to us today is to do two things... memorize this verse and practice this verse. Thank you Father for Your faithfulness!

Jeremiah 31:33 says this... “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Thank you Father for what you've written on our hearts and minds. May we live that out today.

Isaiah 1:18: “‘Come now, and let us reason together,’ says the LORD, ‘Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.'” Thank you Jesus for making us white as Snow!

Joel 1:14: “Consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; / Gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry out to the LORD.” Whatever challenges you have today... cry out to the Lord! Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

2 Corinthians 3:5–6 says this... “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” Thank you Father for the Sufficiency you bless us with.

Luke 12:22–24: “Then He said to his disciples, ‘Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds?'” We don't have to worry today. We can trust our Father to provide for us.

Hosea 11:4 says this... “I drew them with gentle cords, with bands of love, and I was to them as those who take the yoke from their neck. I stooped and fed them.” How blessed we are to have us connected to our Father with bands of love. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Isaiah 35:10: “And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” God can change anything!

Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says this... “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up.” Today is my 53rd Wedding Anniversary and let me tell you that two are better than one. Psalm 23:1 says this... “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” How blessed we are to have this Shepherd in our lives today. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Hebrews 13:5 says this... “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.'” How content are you today? Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

I love the message of Psalms 2 especially when we see what's going around the world with persecution. Be encouraged by this psalm today and remember, blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

2 Corinthians 12:9 says this... “And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” Whatever weakness you're experiencing today... His grace is sufficient for you.

Daniel 10:12 says this... “Then he said to me, ‘Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words." Do not Fear... God is always on time!

Psalm 147:3–4 says this... “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name.” How amazing and powerful is our God. He... cares... for... us!
