Happy New Year! In this podcast, Ryan O'Hara, executive director of Youth Arise, shares what's happening in the world of Catholic young adult outreach and gives some awesome insight into living an authentically apostolic life! Also, there's some great news about ChristLife's upcoming events, and Pete and Christy's answer, "off the cuff," to a question sent to us about the faith.

In light of this hope-filled Advent season, Jean shares about her conversion to the Lord Jesus and how her life has completely changed because of Him! Pete and Christy also share some great news about a Christian movement called Advent Conspiracy, whose mission is to take the consumerism out of Christmas and enter into the true meaning of the season - Jesus Christ!

Pete and Christy visited Baltimore's Theology on Tap session earlier this month and met Baltimore's newest "shepherd," Archbishop O'Brien, who spoke to the young adults gathered. This podcast includes a great clip from the Archbishop's address, and some Q&A with the young adults present. In addition, there is an update on ChristLife's Discovering Christ course and future podcasts. You don't want to miss this one!

This podcast focuses on the driving passion behind ChristLife's ministry! Our Director Dave Nodar shares Church teaching and Scripture on our call to share Christ. Very inspiring!  Also, Pete and Christy share some exciting updates on the Discovering Christ course for young adults.

Bert Ghezzi, an author and board member at ChristLife, joins Pete and Christy for an interview on the call to be a saint. Throughout the discussion Bert relays that everyone can and should live the life of a saint and gives some illuminating examples from his new book The Heart of a Saint. Also, there is some exciting news about the conversion of the lead guitarist of the band Korn and some updates on ChristLife's Discovering Christ course at UMBC.

In this inspiring podcast, Pete and Julie interview Bishop Sam Jacobs during an incredible Youth Arise rally for World Youth Day held in Washington DC! The bishop shares about the vision of Youth Arise, what it means to be Christian, and how to proclaim the Gospel. Also, there is some great news about a heroic woman and a radical group doing street ministry!

ChristLife's newest intern, Christy, joins Pete in the "studio" for a lively podcast, complete with some good news and an talk by Archbishop Collins on "Lectio Divina". In his talk the Archbishop brings a new perspective to Sacred Scripture that is deeply moving.

Chad joins Pete in the "studio" for one last podcast before he heads off to St. Mary's Seminary.  After some updates and news, Pete joins Catholic writer and blogger, Oswald Sobrino, for a lively interview on the role of the Holy Spirit in evangelization and renewal in the Catholic Church.

From throwing sticks at cars to being transformed by the Holy Spirit, Peter shares his testimony of God's mercy in his own life.  In addition to Pete's testimony are Julie's random comments and some interesting news out of China. So listen up!

It's all about Discovering Christ this podcast.  We have a short clip from Fr. Julie and Pete are back with updates on the Discovering Christ course, rumors of a 42 mile hike, and ChristLife news. The second part of the podcast features two live "man on the street" interviews concerning the meaning of life and God and further reflections on cleaning toilets for Christ.

Julie's back as the summer intern with Pete, both full of exciting news including the young adult program Discovering Christ.  In the second part Pete, Chad, and a group of young adults head to UMBC to do some servant evangelism by cleaning toilets and getting to know a few students and their ideas about God and life.

In this podcast episode, Chad and Pete are joined by Julie, who is returning to replace Chad's position at Christlife as a summer intern.  The episode addresses a few news items covering unique ways for college students to evangelize and focuses heavily on an interview with Russell Shaw, a prolific Catholic writer who recently wrote the book Good News Bad News: Evangelization, Conversion, and the Crisis of Faith, which uses the experience of many converts to the Catholic faith to illustrate effective methods of evangelization.  Also of note is young adult Discovering Christ to be held at St. Agnes Church in Catonsville.  Come check it out if you're interested!

In this podcast episode, Chad and Pete give some news updates on ChristLife and the Catholic Church at large - including the unveiling of ChristLife's new blog Everyday Apostles. Also included is an interview Pete conducts with Brother Christopher, CFR, while at a youth retreat in Nanticoke, PA.  Pete and Br. Christopher discuss the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and their involvement in a new movement called Catholic Underground, which strives to evangelize by directly engaging contemporary American culture.

In this podcast episode, Chad and Pete interview Fr. Phillip Chavez, SOLT, a priest in York, PA who specializes in masculine spirituality.  This podcast interview focuses largely on how the call of Christ draws men to a deeper knowledge of themselves and their role in society.  Christ calls men to find the fulfillment of their masculinity in the Church and how the Church needs men to serve as leaders to spread the Kingdom. Also included in this podcast are some news updates on ChristLife's ministry.

In this podcast episode, Pete and Chad take to the streets of Baltimore to ask people what they think about God.  They received some very interesting responses about what most Americans believe about the meaning of life and the relevance  of God.  Overall, the interviews provide valuable insight into how average people on the street understand God and what the Church can do to meet their needs.  Also, do not forget that Discovering Christ begins this Tuesday, April 17 at the Church of the Crucifixion in Glen Burnie.  Additionally, on Sunday, April 29, we are having a young adult event with Slovakian missionaries from 4-6:00 here at the friary.
