Guided is about a collection of interviews with inspiring women who listened and FOLLOWED their inner guidance, intuition, and their HEARTS to have the life of their dreams. This podcast is for you if you are looking to be inspired and ultimately, encouraged to also live the life you always wanted. As a Self-love coach, it is my greatest passion to help others follow their inner voice/wisdom to be what they are meant to be. This podcast is furthering that vision.

    For Maya it was always about words. She loved to study them and how they worked and flowed in a sentence. Growing up in Serbia, it meant war and bombs always. It created an environment for Maya that meant learning a way out and surviving.  She was really curious about the English language but through some set of circumstances ended up learning Arabic and found herself in Saudi Arabia. While she was there she roomed with a Canadian who promised to always speak English to her. In a funny turn of events, her wish to learn English still came true!   When she looks back on her work life, Maya remembers,  "And I didn't have any bad bosses. On the contrary I had great colleagues. But I didn't feel happy. I didn't feel fulfilled. Because I did some things, I did things that didn't have anything to do with my heart.     "But in the end I had this strong gut feeling. No I have to go. This is what I need to do." Maggie started her life in Prague, Czech Republic. At the ripe old age of 3, her world tour began. Moving to and living in cities such as: Salt Lake City, Chicago, and Palo Alto. It wasn't until age 9 where they settled for Singapore. She attended AND matriculated in the local school system standing out, naturally, because of her blue eyes and blonde hair! No way could she hide when her homework wasn't handed in.     This podcast explores my struggle with being loving while saying something is not okay by me. As I work through this and I recognize again this is the work of boundary setting again...I talk about Brene Brown's work and her talk about the Anatomy of Trust. She pens it with a lovely acronym we can all remember: B.R.A.V.I.N.G. The first letter, is my focus point, always: Boundary setting. I think it comes up in different ways to show me that the work here is never ever officially done.
