hey everyone, wanted to do a smaller section to talk about some relationship stuff. I've noticed that there are quite a few men out there that don't talk about what they are feeling or going through with their partner and i wanted to take a moment to talk about those things. Hoping this will be a bi-weekly thing that i can use to show others how we work on our relationship and to listen myself and make adjustments to behaviors, thoughts and emotions. sorry for the delay ya'll. i had to take a minute to find a better voice for the podcast. i took a lot away from the last podcast in understanding that i was feeling emotions (which is discussed at the beginning of the podcast). my apologies, but i only want to put out stuff that i am happy with.
