Today I chat with Rob Swiderski from CRAFT Beer Market in Calgary. After finally defining a Canadian Ale style wt CRAFT, the first Alberta Beer Awards finally awards us at Half Hitch Brewing Company the gold medal for the style. We talk a bit about the history of CRAFT Beer Market and the development of this style.

In this episode, Kyle and I discuss a little about how we work together as a family in this business. We also talk a little bit about our up and coming Thursday cask where chef Jason has prepared copious amounts of orange zest and rosemary to infuse our Farmers Daughter Pale Ale. Brittany and I discuss the upcoming Bend and Brew event, as well as some odd packaging Village Brewery is putting out to the public.
