Just when you think they are beginning to sound sensible they turn the tables on you with a quick update on NASA and how it is auctioning names of rockets, and the opportunities that lie within. Lastly, they walk us through a simple but effective solution to the nuisance of cops who won’t pay for food.

  • Episode 10 – India Post, Street vendors, Gender bias

    04/09/2018 Duration: 16min

The lads take on the mammoth task of imagining a future for the Country’s postal system and arrive at a solution that is equal parts unsavoury and equal parts hilarious. Next they jump into some observed drama courtesy of the civic authorities of Mumbai, before very deftly manoeuvring a listener query that is fraught with gender drama.

  • Episode 6 – News automation, Auto drivers, Petty bribes

    06/08/2018 Duration: 18min

The lads persist with their scrutiny of our surroundings. This week begins with a cursory examination of the way news bots brings us our news, which meanders to a note about auto drivers, before the discussion reaches a rather ethical point - Listen to what the lads have in mind for those pesky situations where you have no option but to pay a bribe.

  • Episode 5 – Ride hailing apps, Indian status symbols, Cryptocurrency

    30/07/2018 Duration: 27min

Turns out Uber and Ola drivers have been in the news in Bengaluru, but that's just the starting point to a journey made almost entirely of digressions. Join the lads this week, as they wax insensitive about unruly Uber passengers, street entertainment, and stumble clumsily over to our love affair with gold before ending with a few thoughts on cryptocurrency.

  • Episode 4 – Lynching, Superheroes, Weddings of the future

    23/07/2018 Duration: 27min

This is the episode where the lads accidentally encounter the elephant in the room. They address it, poke fun at him, call her names and run away. No seriously, this is the episode where the lads use satire to take on the sinister problem of mob lynching that we face in India today. And if this winds you up in some way, that's good, put the energy to use by trying to solve the problem that is the shame of our nation. There, that's our bit towards a better society. But it's not all doom and gloom. There's some lighthearted chatter towards the end, as the conversation switches to evaluate Indian weddings and the path they need to take.

  • Episode 3 – Sea sickness, High risk business ideas, Human digestive system

    16/07/2018 Duration: 18min

What begins as innocent banter about barf, hastily elevates into a profound discussion about the value of food. Possibly the smartest the lads have sounded so far, but it’s still early days. However, they quickly offset the wisdom of their accidental discovery with some concepts on food delivery and some juvenile fart humour. We think it’s just their defences kicking in, and their instinctive refusal to sound grown-up.

  • Episode 2 - Cash back offers, True caller and turtles

    09/07/2018 Duration: 17min

We survived our first week and we are back for a second round looks like. This time, Husein and Keshav dwell upon Husein’s obsession with cash back offers and fear of missing out on them. This balanced with his suspicion of True caller as a good service. Eavesdrop into their banter as they go from Do-not-disturb lists to turtles on Velas beach and throw in some organic mangoes for good measure.

  • Far From Fact Pilot Episode - Air travel, thievery and call centre scams

    02/07/2018 Duration: 25min

Catch the lads in our pilot episode as they ponder subjects that randomly make an appearance in their dialogue. "We thoroughly enjoyed making this episode, hope you enjoyed it too. If you did, you must tell your friends about your new friends. Alright, enjoy the rest of your day. Unless it's very close to midnight, in which case good night." - The Lads
