Commonwealth Games' big crunch match was at the para lawn balls court today. Once the final bowl has landed, our Allan Russell caught up with the mixed pairs teams from England and Scotland. The World Para Triathlon Series makes its way to the UK for the first time this weekend.  We spoke to Tom Hodgkinson, Head of Paratriathlon for British Triathlon to find out what the event means for the sport and its future. What's happening at the Commonwealth Games?  Our Toby Davey is at the centre of the action for today's paracycling and he's been sharing what the atmosphere's like with Allan on the Daily Connect this morning.  Image shows Toby and his guide dog Willow at the Velodrome in London for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Barry Snell caught up with marathon runner and charity fundraiser Dave Heeley OBE,  who has just taken part in the Queens Baton relay as it made it's way through the West Midlands as part of the build up to the Commonwealth Games. Dave is no stranger to these events but doing it in his home town was extra special and he was also joined for the occasion with new guide dog Peter. Hywel Davies finds out why getting more visually impaired people into the sport is a priority.
