The home crowds have been out in force supporting Team GB at the IBSA World Games in Birmingham. Hywel Davies spoke with some of Team GB Goalball’s biggest fans.

A large part of the success of the 2023 IBSA World Games can be attributed to the great number of support staff and volunteers present at each event. Hywel Davies has been speaking to one Table Official in Coventry with a personal link to Goalball.

With the finals of the Visually Impaired Cricket of the IBSA World Blind Games 2023 taking place at Edgbaston on Saturday 26 August 2023 our Toby Davey popped round to the stadium to chat with Claire Daniel, Operations Director at Warwickshire county Cricket Club to find out how they have been working with IBSA and the ECB to make the finals as accessible for all the blind and partially sighted spectators who will be watching the finals and for other matches at Edgbaston too.  Image shows Edgbaston Stadium
