Louisiana Native Laine Hardy was named the winner after a star-studded three-hour season finale on Sunday night. With first runner up Alejandro Aranda and second-runner up Madison VanDenburg, the night saw many firsts, including 4 original songs sung by Alejandro and Madison joined hit country duo Dan +Shay on their hit song “Speechless.”  At the close of the show, Laine sang his new single "Flame." The Voice Season 16 Finale - "Hello Maelyn and Goodbye Adam Levine" Season 2 Episode 16   Check out the latest episode of the TVMusic Network Podcast with Phyllis and Belinda. In Season 2 Episode 16, the Thomas Sisters discuss the Season Finale of "The Voice."  Maelyn Jarmon, a 26-year-old artist originally from Frisco, Texas, and currently living in New York, was crowned champion of “The Voice.” Jarmon stood out all season for both her stunning vocals and ability to master her sound as an artist deaf in one ear. The pop alternative singer earned Coach John Legend his first “Voice” win on the four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series.
