    Longtime Weber State men's basketball head coach Randy Rahe retired after 16 seasons as head coach on May 16, 2022. Rahe was the Big Sky Conference's all-time leader in wins with 316 wins. He led Weber State to five Big Sky titles and three trips to the NCAA Tournament. He coached 41 all-conference players and six Big Sky MVP's, including NBA superstar Damian Lillard. Rahe and his wife Laura spoke with the media following his retirement. Laura Rahe was a teacher as well as a Division I basketball referee for 30 years and is also retiring.
