I invite you to look at the stories you create that get in your way of doing the inner and outer work. Underneath those stories is your opportunity to become free. • SSP 059: Weekly Lesson - Living Your Soul Mission

    21/07/2020 Duration: 21min

This weekend, I took some time to slow down and reconnect with my soul mission. For a long time, I had no clue what my purpose was. I’ve realized that your purpose is about discovering what life wants to express through you. I believe we each have a unique soul mission that we’ve been put on this earth to fulfill upon. For me growing up my uniqueness was suppressed; working in a corporate job felt like my soul was being crushed. To discover my soul’s mission required a process of unravelling the parts of myself that felt unworthy of LIVING that mission. The inner work is a transformational process of unlearning the beliefs that get in your way of you being a vehicle of expression. Once your vehicle of expression is discovered, it’s then your purpose to put that out to the world. This is true abundance. Giving your gifts, allows more energy to come back. If you want some help discovering your gifts. Send me a dm, And I’ll help you let go of what’s getting in your way.   This podcast episode, recorded on July 1

  • SSP 057: Weekly Lesson - Lessons in Death

    14/07/2020 Duration: 24min

When I heard about the passing of close friend and soul brother, Nathan De Abreu, I went and picked up his favourite book that he recommended to me. I turned to the first page and it read the following:“I know that there is a reason for everything. Yet perhaps at the moment that an event occurs we have neither the insight nor the foresight to comprehend the reason, but with time and patience, it will come to light” (Brian Weiss - Many Lives, Many Masters). Last week, I got to honour Nathan’s life - and this week, I wanted to share some of the lessons I found in his death and the ultimate reminder death brings. I've learned that this moment is all we have and it’s our relationship to this moment that shapes the quality of our life. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, but right now is. So cherish the now, and appreciate life.   This podcast episode, recorded on July 12, 2020, is part of my IGTV series called “Weekly Lessons,” where I chat solo about some of the things I’ve learned over the week. I’ll be releasing these
