"Been There, Rocked That" returns with its second-ever "Wrassle Rap" crossover episode, as Polo Pirata is joined by "the King of Saturday" himself, Emilio Sparks. The two preview tomorrow night's WWE Royal Rumble event and give their takes on who's going to win.

"Been There, Rocked That" returns as Prance Lo, Polo Pirata and Blake Loington are joined by Tommy the Animator, Kate Storch and Large Professor to discuss the "Lyrics" art exhibit. "Lyrics" fused the written works of legendary emcees like Large Pro, Ice T and Kool Keith with the visual works of Tommy the Animator to bring them to life in new ways ever seen before. The crew also got into the art of sampling, Large Pro talks about his history with Lo, and Tommy tells what happens when Ice T goes to the corner store.

"Been There, Rocked That" for its 40th episode as Prance Lo, Polo Pirata and Robbie Fingers are joined by west coast emcee Planet Asia. In this early morning, Miami-recorded episode, Planet Asia talks about how he fell in love with Nautica, gives his thoughts on Lil Yachty's collaboration with it and him one day personally working with the brand. Prance and Asia dive deep into their history of dancing, and Planet Asia flexes his encyclopedia-like knowledge of hip hop.

The "Been There, Rocked That" crew takes a trip to Miami for Love and Loyalty Weekend, as Prance Lo, Polo Pirata and Robbie Fingers are joined by the Lo Life General himself, Thirstin Howl The 3rd. Thirstin details how Polo was not the first brand his "fly" started with, why he's more intrigued by the new Polo than the old Polo at this point, and whether he'd be open to collaborating with Ralph Lauren. Thirstin also breaks down his ties to both Brownsville and Miami, and explains why he's working on everything from music to books to documentaries to short films.

Ed gives his take on Polo retro, the origins of the "Newcomer Lo" character and why everyone can relate to him, the importance of a good timepiece, and his story of running the New York City Marathon.
