Eric Schrock is the CTO at Delphix, where he drives technology strategy and thought leadership around the future of enterprise data. He previously helped scale the Delphix product and team as VP of Engineering. His passion is for creating things, from woodworking and music to products and organizations. Seth is the VP of Engineering at Chef. He is a product-focused engineering leader who believes the essential elements for a high-performing team are shared purpose, clear communication, commitment to learning, and mechanisms for measuring outcomes. Seth began his career melding data analysis, software engineering, and open source project management at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center where he worked on the Bioconductor project and contributed to R. In 2010, he joined Chef Software, an IT company that helps enterprises increase their velocity through automation of infrastructure, compliance, and applications. Mark has been with ConnectWise, Inc for 14 years and is currently Senior Director of Product Development for the ConnectWise software.  Mark is also chairman of the board of directors for Computer Mentors, a non-profit organization that teaches the fundamentals of programming, entrepreneurism, public speaking, and more to the underserved youth of our community.  He is also on the ISDS Advisory Board for the MUMA College of Business at the University of South Florida.  Since joining ConnectWise, Mark has been a key contributor in the development of the ConnectWise software and has helped to define and improve the software development process.  Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, both from the University of South Florida. Thomas Price is the Director of Engineering of the Core Engineering division at the Standard where he focuses on the Core Applications and Enterprise Integration product teams. He was also until very recently responsible for the Application Security team at the Standard as well. Thomas started his career as a firmware developer and has slowly moved up the technology stack to desktop applications, mobile software and now enterprise software. He has spent a large portion of his career in regulated industries like medical devices, digital health, and insurance. He has also worked in commercial spaces like auto dealerships and storage servers. Most of his career has been in product development but now he is spending some time in IT driving the technology and platform transformation at the Standard. Paul Hepworth is the VP of Engineering for UserTesting and has used Agile and Lean practices to build UserTesting's human insights platform to help businesses make better decisions more quickly.   Paul has been working in the tech industry for the past 20 years in software teams across the bay area. Mikey Butler is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at New Relic. He's responsible for Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Site Engineering Operations. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the software industry. The first half focused on system coding at Digital Equipment, Bank of America, Data General, Rolm and Sun. Tim Olshansky is the Chief Technology Officer at Aconex, the most widely used online collaboration platform in the world for large capital projects. He joined Aconex in 2015 after the acquisition of a startup he co-founded, Worksite, the first fully cloud-based cost management system in the industry. Mark Barbir is the SVP Software Engineering at MINDBODY, where he oversees the software development lifecycle, project management, and quality assurance. Wei Wei is the VP of Engineering at FreeWheel. He has been working at FreeWheel since 2007 (Comcast acquired FreeWheel in 2013). Wei played various roles in FreeWheel across Engineering, Client Services, and Business Operations in his 10-year tenure. Currently, he leads a Big Data Engineering team in New York to build a Cloud-based Linear Viewership data platform to help grow Comcast’s advertising business and drive the unification of Linear and Digital advertising. Wei has been an active advocate of new technology such as Big Data and Cloud, and modern engineering practice such as CI/CD and Scaled Agile. Before joining FreeWheel, Wei attended Tsinghua University in Beijing, China for his Bachelor and Master Computer Science degrees. He moved to New York in 2011 during working for FreeWheel. Jim is New Relic's Chief Product Officer, overseeing the teams that design, build, and deliver New Relic's products. Craig brings over 15 years experience leading, contributing to, and growing engineering organizations in top SaaS technology companies. Craig joined SendGrid in early 2015 from Cisco where as the Senior Engineering Director, he most recently grew the organization from a small co-located startup to a team of 150 distributed engineers.
